Excellent experience
excleent importing of cra docs and precise for investment import my situation changed significantly but it was handled and the expert and audit defence helped me and gave me releif that it was submitted on time! they are very patient and knowledgeable with 30 years experience and guided me line by line in less than an hour . this is more time than my wife gets with her expensive accountant!!

I am pleased with how the filing of my home and business taxes went this year. It's really good to know the ins and outs of the tax system and Turbo tax does a great job walking you through income and deductions.

Desktop is much better than online Version
I have been buying a desktop version for over twenty years. Unfortunately I mistakenly bought the "Deluxe" version last year which was a online version. The problem is my data could not be down loaded into this years return. A total disapointment! Why!

Several Years and multiple businesses
I've been using TurboTax for several years for personal and multiple business that I own. The cost pays for itself in quality tax returns that are equal or better than going to a tax professional. Plus TurboTax offers Tax Professionals to double check your work and help you maximize your return! My only issue is there are some parts that don't easily edit and seem to match your data across certain fields and when you change one it reverts to the previous match. Make sure you fill everything out right the first time or start over to fix it.

Another Tax Year
I have been using TurboTax for years to complete various family members tax returns. Their situations vary greatly and has required me to upgrade from the standard product to the Home and Business one. Easy to Use and Reliable
I have been using Turbotax for many years for myself, my spouse and multiple family members. I have always found it easy to use, quick, and reliable. I especially like the optimization features that allow the ability to vary tax credits such as the medical expenses, RRSP contributions and charitable donations to ensure a maximum tax refund. It makes preparing the annual tax retuns more enjoyable.

Tax Sanity
The home and business version is easy to use. The explanations are clear and the calculated amounts are automatically entered in the (many) places they are required. There is lots of opportunity to go back and change things.
One of the most valuable aspects if you are not a first-time user is the ability to automatically download information from CRA into your return. It saves much typing and trying to find things in the previous year's return.
