Makes it EASY
I am self-employed, running a fairly simple mobile business, and I feel confident filing with Turbotax. Not only do I save big $$$ by doing my accounting myself, I also save big $$$ because Turbotax allows me to enter all the writeoffs I need.

Old Dogs CAN Learn New Tricks
The Easy Interview method takes all the pain and uncertainty out of doing your own taxes. Well-structured and straightforward, with lots of tips and information. As a retiree with basic technical knowledge and limited pension funds, Turbo Tax is well worth the investment.

Fast, thorough, easy to use!
I have been using Turbo Tax Home and Small Business for 12 years and would not use anything else. My returns are always accurate and thorough. I wouldn't use anything else!

Use It Every Year Now
I have a home based business and Turbo Tax is so easy to use !! Before I started using Turbo Tax, I was told that I couldn't deduct certain things with a Home Based Business..well low and behold, with Turbo Tax it plainly states that YES I CAN use those deductions. I get the most deductions I can, just by following the prompts. I recommend Turbo Tax to everyone I know or meet!

I had a script error on installation of software. However, the help line got me to a representative who was VERY HELPFULL in solving the problem rapidly.

Wow!
My favorite thing about doing my taxes with Turbo Tax is that I can do my spouse's return alongside my return and see the refund/balance owing as I go - enabling me to maximize my return! I was so proud to have finished what I would consider a somewhat complicated return. I was even more excited to find out that I was getting a refund! Thanks TurboTax!

Good for the most part
Over all good product, I had some issues with the auto download feature where it sends you to the CRA site. Only worked for the first person you file for, took you to a different page for the next ones (same CRA site but different log in screen, and I couldn't migrate back to the regular log in screen)
Not completely sure if its Turbo Tax problem or a web browser caching/history issue... No big deal, just had to "manually" entered the info.

2015 Turbo Tax - MAXED!!
I had reached my limit for my 2015 Tax Returns, so I contacted Turbo Tax and they were fantastic to deal with!!
In addition they "reset" my limit so I was able to NETFILE 1 more return for the 2015 year.....THANK YOU TURBO TAX YOU ARE THE BEST!!

Makes even complicated returns manageable
I used Turbo Tax overseas to file my husbands return and my own, and it provided a lot of help - even though our situation was pretty complicated with our own home rented out, and several jobs outside Canada. More useful than any accountant I could find, and at a much better price.

Great program
I am not an accountant and am self employed and this program makes it very easy to capitalize on savings and general business deductions.
I will continue to use it ~ it Is quick and easy. Have your paperwork in order and ready and it will take you no more than 2 hours to complete
