Simple and thorough
I have been a TurboTax customer for the past 15+ years, even before it was TurboTax. The name change did reflect the quickness in getting it done.
With various businesses, properties, and multiple income family, as well as kids, TurboTax has continued to make things simple.

Excellent software
I have been buying this software for over 15 years now. I like it and trust that it is safe and gets me the best return possible. The only quirk I may have is that you cant get right into it as you have to read many questions before jumping into it. A big improvement this year is that you can jump around much faster and go back and forth to enter info once it is keyed in.

CD Version for Mac?
Love this product, and have been using it for years, but disappointed I need to either upgrade my old Windows computer (which is ONLY used for Income tax), or use the online version.
Would really appreciate a CD version for Mac.
If others agree, perhaps a CD version might be considered for the future?

Great with minimal comments
This is an all around great software that saved us so many hours and so much money. My only minor comments is I think there is need to make the Canadian phone help system as good as the US one from my own experience with both regarding troubleshooting and expert tax help. The other point, more clarification is needed for those working from home/self-employed/contracted work as lines were blurred a bit in some distinctions. I was recommended to upgrade to from Standard to Home & Business and turned out I didn't really need that. Otherwise, all around excellent software and will continue to use and recommend to friends.

Even easier to file now...
Used this software for many years. Really like the new netfile process which is directly integrated into the software.
Anyone with proper T slips and receipts and basic knowledge of deductions can easily use this software and repeat the process year after year.

Reliable
This is maybe my 6th year using TurboTax. It never let me down. Real Estate Agent (sole-proprietorship - cannot incorporate in Ontario) so I have used the home and small business edition - family of two, 2 children, even some investments outside RRSP at some time in the past. I think it's designed to cover all of our life aspects, so that's reassuring. Great work!

Great Product
I have prepared tax returns for almost 30 years. This is the first year I prepared the family's returns on software intended for home use. I went through the guidance option just to see how it worked and it is well thought out. I would definitely recommend this product for simple to slightly more complicated returns.

Easy, fast, reliable
I am using this software for my small business and personal taxes for more than 8 years. It's very convenient, easy to use software. I am also accountant, so I would say the guide and questionnaires are well written. Everyone should be able to fill taxes with ease even without any accounting knowledge and be confident that the information is filled out correctly.

the only draw back is that the programme graphics/logistics etc change every year, however, i have used this product for over 10 years and LOVE it - so easy and they remind me of things I would never have considered for tax benefits.
