Simple & Solid
The TurboTax program for 2014 was an excellent tool that completed our two tax returns in a simple and expedient manner. I had support on two occasions from tax advisors that were available in a reasonable time and were very experienced in what they did.
Excellent, have used in the past, will use again in the future.

I found the turbo tax very user friendly and easy to use. I get confused sometimes on computer programs as sometimes items not real clear where to click but did not find that with the turbo tax at all.

Fantastic experience as a first time user
My brother or dad have done my tax returns in the past using Turbo Tax, as my knowledge of tax laws and protocols around tax returns has been fairly limited. This year I decided to use Turbo Tax myself instead and I found it to be very user friendly, easy to use and quite comprehensive in terms of instructions, warnings and tips. I also liked the logical flow of the tool. I do have some feedback: 1) When the program is launched, all the forms open up in the background and it appears that tons of windows are opening up. It's almost symptomatic of a cyber attack or malware at work. Perhaps, when the program is launched, a tiny warning message saying, "As Turbo Tax launches, you will see several windows open up. Please do not be alarmed as these windows are the various forms associated with your Tax Return. As you enter your information, Turbo Tax transfers the information into the relevant boxes on the forms and prepares your tax return in the background." 2)When I was about to file my NetFILE return, it asked me if I would like to save a .pdf copy or print it. Even though I selected the option to save the copy, before giving me the option to enter a filename, it actually printed it. This can be quite annoying and is not "green". I know this as I know Intuit as an organization has "green" principles. Also the whole point of NetFILE is to avoid printing.

I have been using this product for years. I have a home business and work full time therefore this product walks me through all of the questions and possibilities that come with being self employed.

Turbo Tax user friendly
I find turbo tax so helpful when it comes to preparing my income tax return which includes a part time business income. It will really guide you step by step on how to do it, even a person with no accounting background can easily follow the instructions on how to do his own income tax accurately.

Best product on the market
I have tried other products out there in the marketplace and have come back to "Turbo Tax". I was not disappointed with Turbo Tax, I just thought I would see whether products out there were easier to use........Noop!! I have returned to Turbo Tax.
