Very friendly user software - Best!!!
Turbo Tax (latest version) made it much easier to file using Netfile. Been using TurboTax for at least 15 years and no plan to look for another software......

Automatically receive TurboTax
the product is very good. I like the way it leads me through every step of the program and my taxes.
It could do a better job of informing me if I am automatically getting the software each year or if I need to order it up each year.

Easy and Accurate
I've used this home and business version about 5 years now. I'll keep using it too, is likely the best word-of-mouth. There is only one problem I've ever had, two-years in a row. It says not to include phone bills amounts in the "business use of home areas", and says it will be brought up later.....but two years in a row it hasn't worked that way. Not a big deal, but I've never found a work-around. Overall I'm extremely happy with the software. I hated hated hated doing it with paper and pencil for years....making math mistakes, and not understanding a lot of the forms.

Best Choice Made
After many years of using an accountant and spending hundreds of dollars on our returns, I got the courage to purchase Turbo Tax about three years ago. It has been the best purchase I have ever made. The step by step method it uses makes taxes easier to understand and not as much of a burden (just finding the time to sit is more of the issue!) as it used to be! I will continue to purchase the program and have begun to do returns for my family.

Everyone should use TurboTax. Their systems and self teaching methods prompts you to find additional items to check out, items to remember and ways to save taxes. As a home business this is a must for everyone. The cost saving over hiring someone to do your taxes and missing some options that TurboTax explains are very valuable. They questioned an input error that I made so I could correct it.
I just used Excel to summarize all my business receipts in advance and then right to TurboTax organizing everything else. I have used TurboTax for years and I like that each year the basics are ready to go from the last year.

excellent Purchase
I found Turbo Tax to be one of the easiest systems to use, all you had to do was fill in the blanks and if you have all your paperwork handy it takes minutes to complete.
The only complaint is that when you print. It prints all the forms including the ones you didn't use, this is a waste of paper.

Solid Accurate Made-Easy
I'm using this product for at least 4 years, as I grew familiar with it after years my accountant used it...for small business (not incorporated). it saves me time from driving to my accountant and validate he has not done any mistakes... it's nothing like understanding deductions and all tax related details for yourself... I also used a free tax preparation software for a few years but those years I only had personal filling (no small business)
thanks - unprecedented quality (turbotax) on a world of low and lower quality everywhere. keep up the good work

Excellent program
Helpful, very straightforward and easy to use, provides ample background/detailed information for questions that arise, and provides the review function to remind about items not completed or errors. All in all, I wouldn't consider doing my family's taxes without the aid of this fine program. :-)

Super easy and helpful phone support
As long as you are organized in keeping your receipts in order, it's as easy as plugging in numbers.
Had one question regarding home expenses and the phone support was extremely patient and clear in explaining and walking through the process with me.

Easiest Tax filing ever
I have been using Turbo Tax since last 6 years and it's been an excellent experience every time - easy of use, filing from the comfort of home, ability to password protect, Review tells potential deductions, tips, RRSP contributions maximizer calculator, Saving returns as PDF before and after filing, Saving Netfile confirmations as PDFs
Though tax preparation activity itself is not enjoyable but having a software like Turbo Tax makes it informative and filing that much simple.
Thanks Intuit Canada Turbo Tax product development team for an excellent product.

Tax Pain Gone
I love this program. Each year I pick it up and both myself, husband and brother use the program (it allows us to file up to 25 returns).
Its a big help to me when doing mine and husbands taxes. For my brother, it makes it so easy for his business taxes.
Simple, straight forward, just click and enter. I really love that you can add flags in case you forgot something and need to go back (or waiting for the extra tax receipt). You can start the process without having everything together.

Easy Tax Filing
Filed our taxed using the Home & Business software. I was easy to follow and had the advantage of completing forms directly if you are more adept at completing tax returns. Otherwise, the Easy Step process allows anyone to follow and complete their won tax returns. Great software!

the easy steps option makes doing the taxes so easy.

Turbo Tax makes completing tax returns easy and the tax expert support via online chat was excellent - to the point, got my concern right away and was able to quickly resolve my issue. I also used TT online chat and subsequent telephone support to resolve an issue I was having in using TT. The problem was resolved completely to my satisfaction. Highly recomend TT.
