I found Turbo tax easy to use for myself as a self-employed business consultant and for my family of four including my wife who is retired and two sons who work for different employers.
Turbo Tax guides you through the process and caught all my errors. Highly recommended for anyone.

Loved it!
I had a tax place review my taxes for me to ensure that I had done them right, as it is my first year claiming self employment. The accountant said I should consider doing taxes as a living! This program made it super easy for me. Just had to punch in the numbers!

I have prepared personal income tax returns for my entire family for years using the TurboTax product from Intuit (previously QuickTax). I would suggest this software to everyone who wants to learn how to file their own personal income taxes and be assured that everything will be covered. Many excellent features to guide through each step and ask all the appropriate questions.

Easier than ever
Turbo Tax is easier than it has ever been and it has always been pretty easy. I like the graphical interface which shows you exactly where you are in the process. This is the first time ever that I completed everything in one sitting.

Great Tax software
Turbotax was easy to use and I was able to complete my taxes as well as my spouses in less than 3 hours. It was a lot less than going to see an accountant and it was professional in every way

Very Helpful
I found the softwear to be a little confusing at first...but the great thing is one can always go back and make changes! It saved me a great deal of frustration and irritation. I did both my tax return and my husband's...who is self empolyed. Very happy with the purchase!

Agony to Extasy
Each year I used to anguish over preparing my tax return until I started to use Turbo tax. I have been faithful to this product for about 4 years. Each year the product has been improved. I now love the new 'GPS' road map to let me know exactly where I am in the process. It is also nice to know that my return can be processed on a version for MAC as well as a PC. KEP UP THE EXCELLENT WORK INTUIT.

Easiest to use. Excellant Customer help should you need it. I have use Quick Tax (TurboTax) for over 10 years. I trust the product. They know what they are doing. I tell everyone that I use this product.

A Suggestion for Navigating
I dont' see anywhere else for suggestions, so I'm doing it here. I love TurboTax, but have one major difficulty: you cannot SEE where you're going, or what's coming, or where you've been. Navigation is difficult and a bit like working 'in the dark'. Please set it up with clickable section headings in the left margin for each Tab (much like a website), so that it is easier to go back and forth. The FLAG feature is an improvement, but quite cumbersome.

Everything was fairly straightforward, except for the business section. The questionnaire feels outdated—for example, it asks about marketing costs like advertising in newspapers or magazines, which is no longer how most businesses operate. These days, marketing is primarily done online through paid ads, websites, domains, and digital platforms.
It wasn’t always clear where to enter modern business expenses such as online advertising, software subscriptions, or web-related costs. I had to do additional research to find the correct categories, which made the process more time-consuming than expected.

T5008 Challenge
The download of the T5008 requires too much editing in order for the Schedule 3 to be populated. It should be automatic. All transactions are capital gains and occurred in the taxation year.

I discovered that because I bought a new car and filed expenses for the old car for 4 months (Car A) and 8 months for the new ca (care B)r. I could not get Turbo Tax software to blend the two percentages for business use. The software picked Car A which was 2% and ignored car B which was 36%. Problem!!

Makes life easier
