Turbo Spread sheet template
I use TTAX every year and it works great, but every year create a spreadsheet to list business expenses and costs that doesn't correspond with the TTax expense and cost categories, It would be great if TTax would include a blank spread sheet for this purpose.

Never consider changing
Extra points for keeping the program basically the same from one year to the next and not making huge changes on a whim. Very easy to roll through from one year to the next!

Great program
I have used Turbo Tax to do both my and my husband's taxes for at least 12 years. I find it very easy to complete, with little fuss and if there is an issue, the help sections are actually helpful. One year, several years ago, we used a different program, it was a disaster, much more complicated than turbo tax. We never will buy that one again. We will always go with Turbo tax. Thank you for such a great product

Easy to use
I have been using Turbo Tax for many years now. I love it because it is simple to use. When I started I used the guided method of preparing taxes where the program walks you through a list of questions. Now I just go directly to forms and fill them out. I prepare taxes for my household plus a few family members. A couple of them are self-employed taxes and the program is really easy to use. I am really thorough when I do taxes and double-check everything multiple times. This year when I did my taxes and my husband, it was late at night and I was getting tired. I double-checked the taxes as I usually do and thought I was done. Then when I asked the program to complete the review that comes with the program, it reminded me of some items that I forgot to check and it saved me $400, so instead of owing money before the review started, I ended up with a refund once the review was completed. The review portion of the program is one of my favorite features.

reliable, trustworthy
Grateful for improvements over the years, as well as online and community help. Charitable donations optimizer still seems problematic (but this does not impact accuracy of actual filing). Some further detailed or breakdown presentations and access into numbers and calculations would be nice, but I know that tax forms and laws are complex, and it is hard for me to articulate or even know what to ask for.

best overall tax software
I have been using this intuit product for quite some time now. If has been one of the most thorough and best tax software around. It has easy walk through features for entry level users as well as self navigating application. I enjoy the checking, tips and suggestions once your through, for a final going over. Also the quick online and other available helps are great!

Generally good. Seems to get better every year. For some reason in the warnings wrt Northern deductions it does not realise Balmertown is in the District of Kenora
