Disappointing!
I bought this program because the Quick Tax program is no longer available and was very disappointed. It is much more confusing to navigate and not as easy to complete.

Worst version yet
Worst version yet. Difficult to use. Cannot scroll back easily, have to go through each screen. Should be able to click into a summary to edit info. Joint tax returns difficult to work with. Lost data, or it reverted back to system defaults. I need my money back for the grief of this version. Helps were not helpful.

worst purchase ever
it's just terrible. I had T4's and a self employment form to file, and it no matter how i tried to file it through a form there just wasn't support for my type of document. Ended up just declaring it as spare income and I'll let the government do the work for me, because turbo tax couldn't

When I try to save my file i get the following error: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error! Program C:\Program Files (x86)\TurboTax 2017\tt.2017.exe abnormal program termination
Support unable to tell me why the error and unable to find a solution.

TurboTax does not handle this well. I called in about several issues and only by trial and error was able to convince the representative that the issue I got was a feature of the software.
It really should tell you that you can efile a return of this nature to start with, that the forms and return it prints is nothing like the forms in the tax return, and that this will a very frustrating process

Disappointing
This year, the easy step questions neglected to ask my ANY business related questions and I ended up having to refer to my old tax returns to see what forms I needed. I ridiculous waste of money as I doubt there was anything extra in this. I have purchased this 4 years in a row and I will not pay the extra next year

Frustrated with Turbotax
I have used TurboTax for many years and have been happy up until filing my 2016 taxes. This year we had nothing but trouble with glitches with the program. I truly don't have confidence in this program anymore and will not be using this program in the future.

Very disappointed this year
I have been using Turbo Tax for years, and this is the first year it really let me down. It was full of bugs. I had to install/uninstall/reinstall several times. It does not update well, or at all with Windows 10. Tried using it as if using Windows 7 and was at least able to use it, but still not able to update all the time without unistalling and installing again. Worst experience with this program to date. Most likely switching next year because of it.

Need better information
I have used Turbotax from its beginning and always was very satisfied with it.
However, this "Business" version was not very helpful to someone who just started a Sole Proprietorship business.
It left more questions unanswered than answered.
I even called support and they were no help at all!!! I was surprised.
The person I talked to didn't seem to know much about Business tax form requirements (which my main question was about).
Also, the money I saved by using business turbotax, made it not worth it. If I would have used just normal turbo tax, I would have come out pretty much even.
Not worth it at all!

Can't handle emigration
I emigrated from Canada in 2015. Turbotax was unable to prorate my federal credits. It wouldn't even allow me to override the basic personal deduction to prorate it as recommended by CRA.

Worst purchase always
Overpriced. Poor quality software. Many errors. Help does not provide answers to all questions. I use it only because it conveniently transfers everything from my previous return and because I do not think other applications are better than this one.

Worst Purchase!
Very disappointed with this program. I am separated and claim eligible as dependent and this program will not allow me to netfile due to an error about the UCC. I cleared all errors and spoke to a chartered accounting firm about it. And there should be no error. Having to paper file is just annoying!

Was much better when it was QuickTax
This product is too streamlined. When is was Quicktax it provided many more in depth tips and explanations in regards to potential deductions that were easy to find. TurboTax is capable of providing a fast track way of completing a simple return, at the risk of losing out on potential deductions. I would recommend using TurboTax, however be aware that other more comprehensive tax software may provide you with a better understanding of your return, and potentially more deductions.

Bring back Quicktax!
I preferred the Quicktax set up; it was easier to see & less confusing to use. I just did not enjoy doing my taxes on your software this year. Sorry but maybe time for a change.
