Continues to be my go to tax software
While I have used TurboTax Software for years, this is only my second year using home and business. I prepare my returns for myself, my spouse, my in-laws, and some of my siblings. Between all of us, our tax situations collectively include rental property income and expenses, pension income, self-employment income and expenses, employment income, investment income and expenses, disability related implications and child dependent implications. TT Home and Business helps me confidently deal with all of these components and their tax impacts. Great product overall, would recommend to others without a doubt and will be using it again next year.

Awareness

Problem with correcting amounts
I had printed my return and was unable to correct an amount that was incorrect. Business Income line 8810. Tried to refile and still would not let me correct.

Takes the worry away
This program now, with its questions and revues takes the worry about the questions
you may not know to ask away. Plus the option to send a printed Tax form with a cheque or Netfile is just perfect.

Been using it forever
I'm a long time user of TurboTax and as a sole proprietor I find it the easiest and most complete software for Taxes. It gives a good overview of my budget and tax situation for the year. I always feel secure that I have gotten the best deductions and return when using it.

Don't need an accountant
Used TurboTax for years and saved at least $500 each year in accountant fees.
Help features explained all the items needed to be inputted in the forms so no guessing what is meant.
Used it for rentals, business( realtor) and personal. The optimizers for Pension income splitting is accurate and the warnings help to maximize your expense claims. Overall excellent. Right now cannot file as CRA forms needed to be finalized and CRA and Intuit website are not responding. I am ready to file but cannot file.

I have been doing income tax for other than family members for over 50 years. The advent of electronic filing has become increasingly advantageous, faster, and more accurate. I am surprised that more people do not do their own taxes.

I've used TurboTax for several years and it just keeps getting easier and easier to use and file my taxes. Because I have some small business interests it used to take me days and days to go through all the forms and calculations . Now with a couple of short sessions and some easy to follow instructions I'm done in record time.

So Easy for First Use
This is my first year using this, or any other, tax program. I found Turbo Tax very easy to use and the program's prompts made my returns thorough. I did 5 returns with many different elements; capital gains, losses, investments, small businesses and basic information. I feel confident that I have included all the information required.

EASE OF USE
EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE OVERALL.
I FOUND TURBO TAX BUS & IND. EASY TO USE AND FAIRLY THOROUGH. IT WOULD BE NICE IF I COULD VIEW WHAT PAGES WOULD BE NECESSARY TO PRINT, REGARDING EACH TAX FORM.
I HAD PROBLEMS TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO REDUCE CCA FOR THIS TAX YEAR.. THAT'S MORE ABOUT ME THEN THE SOFTWARE. FINGERS UP FOR THIS PRODUCT.
