easy to use
I have used this product quite a few years this was the first year I needed to use the help desk. I was called promptly and they helped resolve the issue easily. I will definitely use turbotax again next year.

Just Do it
This was my fifth year using Turbo Tax to file. I can't recommend it enough for its ease-of-use and satisfaction level.

Pretty simple
I’ve used an accountant for years and the information the CRA was asking for/line number, didn’t match up with my statement from the accountant.
Setting up a CRA account was the hardest part without having last years statement

Easier to use and more intuitive than I expected
I used TurboTax many years ago back when you inserted a CD in your computer however for the past 15 years I used an accountant.
I found when the accounting fees exceeded $1,000 for a relatively straight forward spousal return it was time to check out TurboTax again.
Downloading documents from MyCRA Account directly in to the tax application was fantastic, couldn’t have been easier and super fast.
I liked that the program checked for errors a couple of times just to be sure.
My only beef would be the search function on the online version using my iPad, I found it to be lacking in it’s ability to understand what I thought were basic searches but I was able to work around this shortcoming.
I will use again next year.

Not worth it
The program is easy to use but the interface is slightly different every year, for no obvious reason. I hear that other tax program are less expensive than this one ($50/return) so I will be switching next year.
