I have used Turbo Tax almost since it began, late 80s or early 90s, I helped them work out the system...It works good, except it is to modern for me....79 years old... took a tax course in 1972....

Disappointed with FIX
I received an 'error' and was asked to fix my T4A(P) pertaining to 'number of months - retirement' as I missed entering this information. BUT unfortunately, after adding the correction, it didn't recognize it (REGARDLESS OF TRYING TO FIX IT) and as a result I now have to submit my 'Income Tax & Benefit Return' via mail. Not impressed.

Worth it
Honestly Turbi tax has gotten easier over the years and the fact there is now an app has been awesome! I recommend Turbo tax to complete your taxes, it’s worth it!

Works Well
The software is easy to use. The only issue I had was entering the T5013 Statement of Partnership income. Trying to find the 6 digit Industry Code for the Partnership was a real chore. This needs to be a whole lot simpler.

Very easy to use great value

Excellent one small issue
Excellent as usual except I was confused by medical claims. Checked off intention to submit but could not at medical profile. Had to return to original item and look at "explain" (term?) to find I had to again check off intention to submit medical claims.
