user friendly TT
Turbo Tax is fantastic. I can't say it's the best tax software because it is the only one I have ever used, so I have nothing to compare to. This speaks volumes right there, as I keep using TT year after year and will continue to do so. It's very user friendly, insightful, a wealth of information for anything you don't understand, concise, the list goes on. I have nothing but good things to say about TT and will continue to use it.

Quality value and support
This is an easy program to use. I do my returns and my kids. It will be easy to hand them off when its time. Support is available. I wish the prices of reviews were a little more competitive. If its quality results then its worth the spend.

Always quick & easy to use
I’ve used TurboTax for the last 7 years and it’s always been quick, easy with clear questionnaire and navigation. It’s very helpful that you can easily experiment with different entries to maximize refunds/minimize amounts owing. And all before you need to pay and file.

Best bang for the buck
When my own accountant showed me that he was using this program and demonstrated the ease of use i was sold. I started doing my own taxes with turbotax and never looked back. The latest laws are already updated and i have yet to miss or have an official saying I did it wrong. Any issues are fixed prior to filing.

Why the Money Grab from Deluxe to Premium?
I needed to add two T3s in the range of $33 in Trust income, for education savings for my kids. This jumped me to needing to pay for the Premium Online filing package.. from $40 typical in past years, to $80 for Premium. Seems like a bit of a money grab, well after starting with my returns. vs what if I bought from Costco for $39 a typical historical price for a physical CD.

Great Application
Love this program. The step by step instructions are so great. I have been using TT since i could file taxes 20 years ago. They have only gotten better. The price for doing all the work is always increasing though. Couples should get a reduced rate when filing at the same time.

Excellent, but infuriating CAPTCHAs
20, yes *twenty*, CAPTCHAs to get in, believe me there were was profanity. Yes, I like to use VPN and appear to be in Europe, deal with it. Signing in the next day, there were only two cycles of CAPTCHA, but they were slow because these kept slowly reloading tiles.
