Anyone can do their own taxes
Turbotax is super easy to use. I'd say about 80% of the people out there with fairly simple taxes can use the software and do their own taxes in about an hour. Everyone should understand how taxes work. We all work hard for our money, so know your taxes!

Excellent tool
I was doing my tax return using a well known tax preparation service but was not satisfied. This is the second year I am using TurboTax. It is easy to use, I get more returns, and paid less fees. Highly recommended!!

Very Happy
This is the first time that I have used TurboTax. I have completed my returns by hand for 50 yrs. The system was incredibly easy to use and the help by telephone was quick, friendly and successful. I received my notice of assessment from the CRA within 5 minutes of filing.

Again this tax season has been made much simpler by using Turbotax!
Convenient, simple. Nice to be able to go back to check entries. Availability of upgrading is a great option when/if tax issues are more complex in any given year.

Ease of use
Really enjoyed this TurboTax as I tried another software and it was horrible. TurboTax easy and guides you, not confusing. Fair price for what you get and it's fast. Easy if use in subsequent years.

Easy, use it every year
TurboTax online is easy and seems to get easier every year I use it. I like the features of pulling data from CRA my account - less room for clerical errors typing in from T4s. I like the green number on the side that counts up the refund as I enter additional data - real motivation to keep track of my receipts for next year!

it gets things done
I have Canadian and foreign investments and two rental properties. The complicated part is understanding CRA's rules, but once you do this product makes it straightforward to report everything.

Another year dusted
Turbo tax helped me through another year of tax fun. While not exactly painless, it was probably the best experience it could be and way, way better than trying to go it alone. You get stepped through the maze from beginning to end with only the relevant options presented. Checks,warnings and some advice at key points help keep you on track. And at the end, off it goes via netfile - instant relief - and you get your copy of the giant return, all filled out, to print or file. Plus it gets stored for you till next year, when it will autofill your next year's return for a big leg up on that puppy. Its a good feeling.

Great customer service
I was very stressed as I could not send in my completed tax return on the Turbo Tax site.
The next day I called, had to wait for an hour on hold but when I finally got someone she was so helpful and kind she made my night and I successfully filed. She was amazing.

Why do it any other way?
Each year that I use TurboTax, they make it easier and more convenient to use. This year was the first year I did it on an iPad and I’ll never go back to doing it on a computer. Good job team! Keep up the good work and the constant improvements. If you do, I’ll keep coming back.
