Turbo Education
The ability to monitor quality FAQs, get questions answered and have my return get a professional review provided me with insights that would have cost much cash. Or spent many hours in fruitless research. I also gained insight into how to better prepare myself for tax avoidance in upcoming years. It is also getting easier to file the return.

Easy to use. My only wish is that it would give you another 10 minutes before timing out when filling out documents - especially when you have to search files / paper work for slips.

Stress Free tax return
Turbo Tax is a hassle free application that allows me to walk through the details of my family tax return and go back as often as I like to edit the data.
This feature also allows me to shift income and check to see how best to optimize the income and deductions

Great new version of the software!
Excellent redesign of the product, very reliable in calculations and covering a large number of usability cases without errors; however, it tends to be a little slow when a new calculation of the refund is triggered; or maybe your production grid is under too much load due to tax season.

Excellent Product
Love using TurboTax - it walks you through each section and provides assistance in the question section - you can even phone and get assistance personally. If you have your information together and your filing is straight forward as ours is, it is easy.

simple, cheap, quick
I have been using turbo tax for years now and I am very satisfied with it. I love that I can do my own taxes and not have to pay triple for an accountant to do it.
Turbo Tax is very simple to use, it goes through every step asking you questions along the way. I could do a combined return with my husband and the program gives me hints on how to get the best return. I like that the running total of your return is in the corner as you go.
I also like that Turbo Tax even emails the file for you with a click of a button. DONE!

Easy to Use - Again!
I purchased the "Premier" version this year, and the extra few dollars was worth it. I'm a pastor, and finding the form for clergy residence deduction was a little obscure in the online version - there was no reference to it, or to my eligibility for it - in the profile section, so I had to use the online chat feature to find it. Stephan - the chat specialist - was exceptional in his quick ability to identify the issue, and resolve it with me.
The only downside was the 75 min wait for the online chat. But, hey. It's tax season. What did I expect? I spent a lovely afternoon watching the sunshine from my study window at home...

Why use an accountant?
So easy to use. Helped me get through a whole bunch of deductions that even my accountant wouldn't have asked me about. Got about $1k back more than I expected. Sweet!

Stupid Simple!
This program is recommended by me to the LEAST computer literate individuals. Regardless of your computer knowledge if you can read and have a computer with internet you can do your own taxes. With some programs this can even be a free service. I will never use a tax accountant again. Cash back services aren't even worth it.

So easy to use!
