Very easy to use, I worked all night, and still able to get it done (only fell asleep a couple times). Worked well for both my wife and I. Price seemed a little steep, but it netfiled my return, so what the hey.

Excellent Customer
Today I met a very courteous and patient individual. Unlike other situations (not Turbo Tax) where people familiar with the technology treat you as though you were the most stupid person they ever dealt with. This case was very different. He talked me through the process and was very patient. Another satisfied customer and I thank him.

Good Product
Make sure you have all the information you need before you start. Ensure your personal information is the same as your last year's return. Otherwise, filing is a real problem.

Better than the desktop version
The web version (because I use a Mac) is better than the PC version I used in the past. fast, stable and painless.

Gets easier every year!
I like the graphics and ease of entry. I like saving my information on-line to speed things up the following year. Using on-line there are no CDs and updates to install, or numbers to transfer. Quick and painless!

Thanks Guys, Not much to say in the way of technology just. it works, it works well and it is easy for a dumb old retired boatbuilder to drive and meet the deadline, albeit an extended one. This is our third time using T.T. and look forward to next year.

Tax Time Freedom!
I have struggled in the past trying to do my own taxes with a calculator and a pencil. TurboTax walks me through each of the sections, doing all the calculations for me. It even finds me tax breaks that I might miss! Once done, it files it and I have no more worries. I would use the product again and again!

Keeps getting better
I've been using Turbotax (previously Quicktax) for the past decade and it only gets easier and better! I complete both my wife and my tax returns (including rental income) in about 1 hour (once I have everything in order). I love the convenience of netfiling and the terrific support throughout the whole process. Doing taxes is (almost) fun!

easy to use
Tried Ufile via disk on Microsoft XP(now unsupported) running on Parallels software on a Mac. and gave up/so slow. I used Turbo Tax in prior 5 years on XP and it worked OK. Gave up on Ufile and used Turbo tax via web and it was as easy to use as ever.

Gets better every year
I have used TurboTax for about the last 10 years - it was bit of a struggle the first few years but has been getting more user friendly every year. I have a Mac computer and must use the on-line version but would prefer to buy the program on a disk or via download - maybe next year it will be available.

Great tool
I have been using turbo tax for the past few years to do my taxes. It's easy to use, and I really just find it as easy as entering information based on all the forms and receipts that I already have ready, and just submitting the taxes online.

Why I use Turbo tax
I have been using Quick Tax, now Turbo Tax for over 15 years. During that time I encountered very few problems. Those that did arise were easily solved with a little patience or help from your service personnel. Unfortunately I often find your help pages either confusing or of no help at all. I find the solutions offered by other users to be of little help.
