Well Worth the Cost
Turbotax found the errors I had made in roughing out my tax return. I'm grateful even though my income went up and my refund went down compared to my hand calculations.

So Easy & Intuitive!
I have used other tax sites in the past and always spend hours and hours attempting to file what I consider a relatively easy tax return ending up ultimately frustrated and not sure if I have put all the information where it needs to go. Turbo Tax is easy to use and intuitive. It took less time than I thought it would, all my information was included and it was well worth the money!

Great for people not used to filing tax

Pain Free Tax

EASY!
I was hesitant to use TurbTax as I really didn't know what I was getting into. BUT, it was VERY straight forward and the drop down windows for help were very good. See you next year!

Easy to Use
I have been using Turbo Tax for years and I love it! This year is the first year I've done my taxes online with Turbo Tax Premier and it was just as easy to use as the CD and a lot more convenient. I highly recommend it to anyone!

Excellent Product
I have used TurboTax for years, but this is my first time using the online version. Due to my job and other commitments, it was always hard to find time to work on my taxes. Being able to log in to TT online from anywhere, using any computer, was incredibly handy.

Great Time and Work Saver

Great experience
Tax filing can be stressful enough, so the last thing anyone needs is a confusing, frustrating preparation product. Fortunately TurboTax Premier online is very user friendly and in my experience, virtually frustration free. I highly recommend it.

Great Tax package for dummies
Even though my tax situation is somewhat complicated -- many types of investments, including Limited Partnerships -- and my computer "skills" don't deserve to be called anything like "skills", I found this year's Turbo Tax to be easy to navigate through and to use. I found it much better in that regard than a competitor's that I had tried earlier.

BEST TAX SOFTWARE

Takes the frustration out of the process

Consistently Reliable Tax Software
TurboTax is pretty thorough; never has a problem handling my fairly complex income tax situation.
I used QuickTax Online for many years before it became TurboTax.

Enjoy tax time now
I used Turbo Tax last year and it made doing my taxes so easy. This year I also have a rental property. I was worried about the tax implications of renting out a property. As I went through the process I found all of the answers to my questions and got it done. What a relief. Thanks Turbo Tax.

I found Premier easy to use. It would nice if words that are repeated such as financial institutions would pop up when entering individual slips or receipts. If these were carried forward to next year it would also speed up the process. Overall I am happy with the package.

2012 returns
I have been using turbotax for over 10 years and every year they improve their product. It was very easy this year and I am submitting my returns much earlier than I have in the past. It is reassuring to read explanations of highlighted words and that turbotax will apply the credits that I can use. I enjoy reading the helpful advice at the very end and would recommend this product.
