Extremely easy and thorough
This is the first time I've done my taxes (on my own) for years. I have employment and pension earnings, Canadian and foreign investments, dependents. This package walked me through each one, gave me advise and we very intuitive. Extremely happy with the package and cost.

Positive Experience
This was the first time I had used Turbo Tax to file my own taxes. The only question I had was regarding RRSP contributions. One quick question that was answered quickly and clearly. Positive experience and will use again next year.

Worth it
We have always paid a professional to do our taxes. This year we wanted to try it ourselves but with rental properties it was a little daunting. Turbo Tax showed mr what to do step by step. EASY!

Easy to Use
The Q&A format of Turbotax is most helpful in simplifying the tax maze. Other useful features were:
- the summary of what documents you need to complete a section,
- the visual roadmap of progress,
- the extra information about TFSAs, wills, RRSPs, etc. (although this is sometimes a mild sales pitch),
- the Netfile capability
I had a bit of trouble entering some of the RRSP information, but perhaps I made some errors there.
The most annoying thing were the frequent "Session Time-outs," but I understand that they are in place for security of information. If you need to leave and then come back it may be better to logout after saving your work than simply let time run out. But after the time-out I was able to resume from exactly where I had been after logging in again, so no data was lost.
I'll use the 2013 edition and hope for a refund again.
