I initially had problems downloading the .tax file for Netfile. After about 30 minutes of frustration, I went back & clicked on the Download button. It worked immediately. I have an older PC using Windows XP.

easy and fast
it is rather easy to use on this type of tax software. I have been using it for years. The only thing I can see improvement is the medical receipts. If you have a crusor that we can move around the range we entered and it automatically shows the range with $ that we selected, that would help.

Speedy and helpful
Okay, I hate the thought of having to pay for a program that allows me to pay my taxes, but if I have to, this one was delightfully simple, helpful, intuitive, and quick.
Good value for money and it will still work next year to update. Don't buy the disk, do it online. It's marvy.

Turbo Tax rocks!!
Just filed my 2012 Income TAx Return using Turbo Tax Premier. Very straight forward and easy to use. get information for all the right parts of the return and makes it simple. Online payment is easy to use, so is the NetFile option. Intuit got it right with this product.

awesome
actually its my best purchase yet.....my foster brother recommended it to me. my 1st trial didnt go too well and when i froze with another tax file competitor, i decided to re-try turbotax and am glad i did. its user friendly, and extremely organized~~personally i enjoyed the prompts and reminders----------i'll be using this for a while yet!!!!!

Easy to Use
I am no tax expert, which is why I love using Turbo Tax online. It is easy to use, allows you to save as you go so that if you are short on time you can stop and finish later. I love the faxt that year over year it savaes data and pre-populates, for the next years return. I would not use any other service.

couldn't retrieve 2011 return
I have been unable to get my 2011 return for the 2012 program even though it is on my computer and I can open it when I am off the TurboTax program. That is frustrating since I want to compare previous returns when I am finished with the current year. I know that is says if you have trouble the on line help is available.

Have used it for many years and it keeps getting better! Easy to use lots of helpful information. This year I have several things to consider so I'm opting for the premier edition. Normally the standard is sufficient to get the job done though!

Ease of use
First time doing taxes online, long time doing them on paper! This was an easy experience and I came back to it several times as I waited for my documents all to arrive. It was nice to start early January and finish end of February and not have to worry about where I left off.
