Works well
Program works well for me. like anything that one comes back to only once a year I do a bit of muttering at various times. If something is in need of fixing or overlooked the reminders are valuable.

Good Value
If you've ever submitted a paper tax return that wasn't the simplest return imaginable, you'll know why TurboTax is the better option. It can be a bit repetitive and clunky in certain respects, but nevertheless a far better option than doing calculations and entries by hand. The available expert advice, of which I availed myself a couple of years ago, has saved me several thousand dollars in taxes over the past three years. (No "shenanigans" or complicated accounting procedures: just being made aware of the rules and how to apply them appropriately). The CRA has never had a problem with the returns I've filed, and I know I'm flagged because of complications in my status and income and investment streams. Good value all around!

Help with a rare problem
I had to deal with a cancelled T4 and phoned the 1-877 number and the expert was extremely helpful giving me peace of mind to go ahead and submit my return for 2024. Thank you!! This only happened because of the helpline that was set up.

Had to upgrade but seamless filing
We had a company move outside of Canada and incurred foreign income for the first time. We unfortunately had to upgrade to the premier product from the deluxe which I have used for many years. Moving to the upgraded product was no issue and the forms required automatically updated. No issue filing. The only issue is using the store activation code which I got help online to walk me through with little effort.

Turbo Tax 2024
I love using Turbo Tax. So easy, cost effective and fast to use. I always start in Feb with the tax slips and deductions I have, then early April I finish off all tax slips that have arrived in the mail. I love how it does a pension income split with my spouse to save money owing.

Keeps getting easier
I have been a long time TurboTax customer, since before they changed the name from Quick Tax. I can't imagine why anyone would go through the hassle of getting someone else to do your personal income taxes for you. It's truly not that hard, especially for someone like me who isn't all that tech savvy. Year after year this process gets easier and easier. Thank you Intuit!

Headache Remover
I've used Turbo Tax for years. that says something in itself. I am glad for the way it guides you through the process so that all the info is entered that is required. Never had an issue with the CRA over any of my tax returns.
