Great Tax Software!
Turbotax is a great find. It helped me in filing my income tax returns through the years. I am glad that I found this tax software. I especially like the refund ticker on the top right. Also, there are lots of tips and tools that an average person may miss out when filing your own return manually. I hope you enjoy the benefits of Turbotax!

Support is Amazing!
While preparing this year's taxes for myself and family using Premier online, I had many questions. Some were about understanding the program and others were about tax advice. I chatted at least 4 times and and phoned 3 times. The agents were polite and extremely knowledgeable and I was able to resolve each and every situation quickly and easily. At no time did I feel rushed or pressured to get the conversation over with. This company has really stepped up to lead the way in serving us, their customers. I highly recommend this software, especially with this amazing level of support. By the way, I found the program to be quite intuitive and easy to get through and they have made some excellent improvements since last year.

Very Good Product
I like this Turbo Tax because you follow step by step and you cannot missed anything. Also, if you do, Turbo tax at the end, will make sure that you review everything. So, really it is an easy product to use.

Just Wonderful!
This is my first time using online software to file my taxes. I was nervous and not sure if I could do it, and be sure that everything I wanted to claim was going to be available, and that I would feel confident when I was done. WOW!!!! I am so happy that I took the time to try out TurboTax, it made me confident that I had done my taxes properly, and that I was getting my maximum refund. It also gave me warnings in areas that are most likely audited, so that I was sure I had proper documentation. Will use every year from now!!! Thank you!!

Quick and Easy to Use
I have used QuickTax (now TurboTax) since I started using tax software, and I have never regretted. This year I used the online version for the first time, and I love it even more than the CD version. It was just as easy to use, but now my questions were answered at the push of a button. If I had any doubts in my mind, they were quickly dispelled. I would highly recommend TurboTax online to anyone!

use with care
I had 2 problems:
1. I clic by mistake on the upgrade version and it is not possible to change it afterward. I had to start all over in the good version
2. There is a problem with child care tax return, if you enter more that 8 receipts it create an error in the document (line 39 appendix C doesn't match ... total

Tax Version
I prefer the laptop version rather than the online version. I have used laptop version for years unfortunately I was not able to download this years version because I still had MS Windows 10, not 11. Bought a new computer just for taxes.
