Simple and easy to use
This product is very helpful year after year. Once you login the information from previous years is easy to access and your current years' information is automatically downloaded for fast data filling. You can change all tax info easily and the pertinent information that applies to you is automatically inputed when needed. Recommend this product.

Excellent online Live Help
I had an issue filing my tax return. I used the online help and I received a phone call within 5 minutes. The person was able to help me fix the issue and I was able to file my tax return without issue.

Great way to do taxes
This year I was surprised with the changes to the format. Specifically with the left side column which used to show income, deductions, etc. So if I forgot something I could just click on that section and it would take me back. Now it just says Home. I finally figured it out but was very frustrated doing this year's taxes.

Turbo Tax is the best solution for medium needs
I've now used TurboTax 3 years in row. I found it's the best to handle retirement income & investment income. It does all the hard work behind the scene and in double quick time. I have used other apps like Ufile & H&R Block. They have their own quirks.

Dear TurboTax administrators, I have been using your software since 2001 (formerly Quick Tax) I bought the Premier software (approx. $75). Normally I have been able to file up to 12 returns free of charge. This year I was charged $91 for my and my spouse's returns and $21 for my daughter's return. What happened? I would appreciate a refund. Thank you.

This program has always been my go-to for taxes. I used the online versions only, so maybe that wasn't the best way, maybe I could have purchased a premium hard disc version that may have been cheaper, but this was very convenient.
I've never been audited after using Turbo Tax, so I'll keep going this route unless they let me down.
