Quick, value-added electronic tax preparation!tax
Very easy to use, works easily with CRA's upload of all T-slips. Incredibly valuable in terms of time saved. I used the advanced investment income version of Turbo Tax and it helped save a lot of time because all capital gains income populated automatically! For bonus points: TurboTax, please add feature to automatically populate investment fees already on T-slips to use to reduce taxes! Thank you!

2023 Tax Return
The system worked well. The one disappointment is I had to pay an extra fee to insert one (1) simple T3 amount on a specific line. I felt that it was rather chintzy to block processing for that purpose.

Long Time User
I have been doing my own taxes for over 20 years with Turbo Tax. As my investments became more complex the step up to Premier solved all my requirements.

Great Deal
I’ve been using Turbo Tax for a few years now. I am not at all computer savy so I really appreciate how the program walks me through it. It is easy, up to date and you can choose your level of support/payment. Can’t go wrong in my opinion!

Straight forward
I use Premier due to stock investments. I had only a few transactions in 2023 so it was very quick to complete. Dividends were all looked after on information slips as was the RRSP withdrawal. I filed online and received my refund in about 10 days. The whole process took 2 - 3 hours from start to finish.

So happy I found TurboTax
I was told about turbo tax by a friend a few years ago and have used it for our tax returns ever since. About a half hour on the computer and both our returns are done and sent to CRA! Our refunds our received within a couple of weeks as well.

Reliable and Simple
I had used an accountant to file my tax in the past. I tried to use Turbo Tax, this year is my second year. I found it's simple and reliable, and the cost is much more reasonable.

Needed support for more complex return
Great to have a knowledgeable person sort my income tax return. For ages have used Turbotax basic to do my returns but now well into my senior years, glad to have a more comprehensive service available at reasonable cost. Frances was great knowing what needed and when. Only downside, needing to do all transactions via Internet. That works well for me now (age 76) but 10 years hence? Hope you offer me options that keep me a happy customer.

Easier than it used to be
It has been many years since I used Turbotax and I'm not getting any younger, so I wasn't too confident. But it has been improved to be so much easier than I remember, with online help from my CRA account, that I will definitely use it again. It was also very thorough, which is good since everything has changed over the years, and it's good to have all the bases covered.

Great Tool
I love this app: It has clear instructions and explanations and it can draw down any of your T-slips that have been posted to the CRA - thus saving you oodles of time and typing and potential errors. I've used it for the past 3 years as has my son.

User friendly
Instructions are clear and easy to follow with choices to pick for your needs and the program thoroughly reviews your entries to your customized selections. You can opt for assistance or have it all done for you. I was able to do it on my own with all T4's, T5's, T5008's, Capital gains/losses, Charitable donations, Proffesional dues etc.

So easy to use
Always dreaded tax season, holding onto papers and bringing them to an accounting office was always an exhausting process. A few years ago I decided to give Turbo tax a try - a game changer! It's been such a value for me. I now have my two university daughters using Turbo tax to submit their returns, they don't know how easy that have it!

Easy Taxes
I have been using Intuit Turbo-Tax for years now and I have been really happy with the ease and accuracy of using it. With being able to download my information directly from the CRA it saved a great deal of time and frustration. Definitely recommend it.
