I am not sure if it is getting easier to use or I am getting more experienced with the software, but I did find it easier this year. Our tax situation is not a normal one. Overall I would rate 9 out of 10.

Convenient and reliable
This product still requires an understanding of the main tax items, but it also provides tips that help. I used it for more than 20 years and will continue doing so.

Easy to Use Software
TurboTax Canada Premier is easy to use and is similar to the TurboTax US version which makes completing the US and Canadian returns easier.

Improved AI answers
I've used TurboTax Premier for years. I've always been frustrated that bookmarks don't necessarily take me to the precise page that I bookmarked. Clicking on a button and getting the response is quite slow. However, I got some essential info from the AI bot that probably would have been difficult to discover on my own, as well as info about using the T5008 (no losses allowed there!) so I'm grateful for it, and the new info helped reduce my amount owing by 75%. So, I'm pleased with Turbo Tax this year. I may revisit my previous returns to see if the T5008 inputs I made were unnecessary and perhaps I'll get a refund on taxes already paid.
