Good Solid Value
The software guides you with minimum effort through Revenue Canada's convoluted labyrinth and ensures that you catch the most value for your deductions. A CGA might give more value if you have a complex tax situation, but for the typical working person who has some investments, Turbo is good value.

Excellent Product! User for 10+ years
I do multiple returns for my family, as we are the only ones with a computer. Excellent programme, very easy to use, and prompts you for most things. You don't need an extended knowledge of tax laws to use this product.

This software is perfect for my financial situation, with two exceptions. It would save me a lot of time if TurboTax split capital gains/losses between spouses in the same way it does for interest income. For capital gains/losses, I have to calculate the percentage for each spouse using my calculator, then enter it in the program.
It would also be useful if Turbotax could convert from American to Canadian dollars for my U.S. brokerage accounts. Again, this conversion takes me quite a bit of time using my calculator.

Worth every penny!

Turbo Tax 2011 - good value
I have been using Turbo Tax for several years. Expanded family has made it easy to process several returns at a reasonable cost. The online support for the product is good. I would recommend for any one wanting to look after their own returns.

makes taxes easy
only problem I had was trying to figure out why they replaced the decimal point with a comma eg
$5,00 instead of the normal $5.00 once I figured that out everything else was a breeze. I would never return to doing taxes by hand!

My Preferred TAX Software!
Have been using Quicktax and Turbotax by Intuit for the past 10 years without any problems. The Step by Step interview process is easy to use and prompts you to remind you what to file. Using the F1 Help key for particular tax lines has helped me become an expert for my particular tax filing situation with a small Home Based Business. The knowledge gained helps me plan and maximize my next years tax exemptions. Strongly recommend it to everyone including my family members.

Fabulous Product
I have been a turbo tax user for many years. The most difficult task for me is to prepare the peliminary work to produce the final products. Once I get to the program and enter the data, Turbo Tax does everything for me. It is so easy to navigate, and very user-friendly. If any mistakes are made, it is strictly on the user who enters the data.
I will continue to buy your product for years to come.

Easy Taxes

Charity optimizer
Please put a charity optimizer in for those of us who are in a low tax bracket and give alot to charities. When we go to carry forward the deduction, we have to keep plugging in #'s manually, it's very inefficient.
