Easy and thorough
Information input is very well sequenced, ability to autofill from previous year is a great time saver and same for importing T4s series filed with CRA by employer and others.

Easy to use product with great help function
Turbotax is very easy to use and provides a great help function for researching tax issues. Has a great interface for entering all the tax slips. I have been using it for years and will continue to do so. I wish the number of returns i could prepare was a bit higher than 11

Excellent Product
I used an accountant for the last few years and with the CRA Auto Fill and the guided question and answer process made this a great experience. When I had questions I could log a call and get friendly easy to follow advise live on the phone while I navigated the issue.

Paid for itself this year
I've been using Turbotax all the way back to when it was called QuickTax and before that WinTax. I always find it straightforward and accurate to navigate the labyrinth of forms from the gov't. I am pretty meticulous and up-to-date on my tax strategies and deductions yet Turbotax found me another $124 dollars by moving my private medical plan premiums (off my T4A slip) to my wife's return. Ka-ching! These savings are in addition to all the hours saved and foul language that I don't have to express (to vent my frustrations) every tax season. Thanks Turbotax!

TT Premier download version
For download products, it would be helpful if you made it VERY clear that if you purchase Assist & Review, that a screen sharing app has to be installed on chrome or firefox.
This IS pertinent and should be disclosed at purchase time.

Rely on TurboTax Year After Year
I would have to be better organized, earlier, and I would have to pay to have my taxes prepared if it were not for TurboTax. TurboTax makes it possible and easy for me to prepare my taxes myself.

This is an amazing product. I have used it for years, have never been disappointed, and would not consider using anything else. The Easy Steps walk the user through the process so that even an inexperienced person can proceed with confidence. Best Version Yet!
I have used this for several years, some more complicated than others. The Premier version for the 2020 tax year is easier to use, has expanded help content, and a clearer interface. For the average Canadian, this is definitely better than doing one's tax returns with paper and calculator. It will save a lot of preparation time. Great value for the money!

Excellent again!
I used the premier edition this year because I had traded a lot of stocks in 2020. I contacted Turbo Tax once and the representative was very helpful. He reviewed my entire return and found what my problem was. I needed to declare either Capital Gain or Investment on each of my 150 entries on my T5008. Once corrected all was done. Not sure if the standard version would have worked the same.
