Excellent Product
Except for the quirk of having to interpret TurboTax Investment questions to match Finance Mailings, the program is very intuitive and easy to use. However, it could use an import feature for donations and medical expenses spreadsheets.

THOSE TAX RETURNS
Hate doing Tax returns, TURBO TAX makes it a lot easier by using helpful hints, checks, and examples. Downloading all your tax information and filing it in for you, is really a time saver. Been using TURBO for many years...it's quick and easy, an excellent product.

Females Take Charge

Good Tax Software
I use this tax software to prepare my own as well as my daughters, Aunt, Neice and a family of four. Two tax returns are in Quebec the rest are in Ontario. Software helps me to naviage the Quebec forms.

almost as easy as using an outside professioal
The product downloaded and installed quickly. The software clearly indicated what information was needed.The ability to scrape information held by the CRA and compare it with hard copies of T-slips received directly was very helpful, and took all the guesswork out of the process. The instructions were clear, concise and easy to follow. i believe that the resultant tax forms filed were correct.

Quick, easy to use,well laid out but could be a better price point compared to other comparable products or even consider a loyalty rebate for customers who come back year after year at major milestone years with an increasing percentage at these years.

Does things properly

A bit expensive
The program is still a decent value but it's a bit annoying to have to buy the Premium edition for a modest amount of dividend and capital gains (losses) income.
We couldn't find the electronic newspaper deduction in the questionnaire portion of the program but maybe because we had an early version. Eventually we found the appropriate line on the form. Overall it seemed to work OK and the optimization during the Review process was great.
