accuracy
I enjoy using this software but wish you would make it available to download on Apple products eg MacBooks. Also, adding medical receipts was confusing, indicate total amount and amount paid by insurance, on the 1st amount is that the total amount I paid for drugs or the amount that the drug stores charged?

Saved Me Hours
I have been a Turbotax user for the last 7 years. I was hesitant at first because I did not know whether it would handle all my tax situations. After the first year using it I was satisfied it could handle all my tax conditions and as a bonus it saved me hours of time in preparation and filing.
It eliminates need to do excessive calculations for pension splitting and as a bonus, all calculations are a accurate.

Simple to follow and helpful
I have used Turbo Tax for many years, it is very easy to follow with clarity and helpful hints. Filing is immediate with the assurance that the return was received by CRA by an instant confirmation.

Easy Does it Tax Software
Very well written easy to use Tax software. Has answers for most questions and can direct you to CRA for their answers as well. All the default tax situations are covered in a couple of dozen questions as to your situation and then just by downloading T forms or manually entering them plus RRSPs etc then all is ready for filing. Even reminds you to check on things you may have missed. Very compreshensive.

Excellent Income Tax Program
I have been using this income tax program for years. I used to do it myself (manually) and once I started to us this program I never turned back. It asks you questions to help you fill in the blanks and never misses. I love this program. Thanks Turbo tax for making my life simpler.

Sometimes upgrades not as good as the past.
Always an easy and clear program but this year I was frustrated as Turbo Tax wanted to always save to my PC rather than my external hard drive. Had to use save as and redirect and at times was unable to save until all was complete. - better in the past.

Fantastic Tax Product!
Turbo Tax is the only Tax software I have used since doing taxes by paper and pencil. I use it for my family every year! The professional help service is amazing! Well worth the few dollars it costs.

Simple, quick and accurate
This tax software is easy to use and is very idiot proof. I have been using this software for 14 years now (back when the product was known as Quick Tax). The limit of 20 returns is very useful for use as a family as I process around nine returns/year.

Makes it easy!
Tax returns are made easy with Turbo Tax. There is an easy process of answering questions to complete return; including suggestions where you are not sure if you are entitled to certain benefits. Glad that they also pull information from previous return to avoid unnecessary manual input.

Great product with great value
I have been using this software for years for my tax needs. I really like this product as it makes my and my spouse's tax return easy to do. I usually use the form method, but they also have a good easy step method that steps you through the filing process.
I also greatly appreciate the software quickly goes through your numbers and see if you missed something, or if you can apply for additional credits (that sometimes I only found out through this software).
Overall, I love this product and definitely suggest it.

good get better
Good package overall been using it forever but wish they would improve printing selection. For Quebec you do not need pages 1 to 4 we need the keying summaries and stop printing the cover page with instructions where you choose, that would be a major improvement.

Great Product
I purchased the Premier version this year as I had investment income as well as purchases and sales of shares. TurboTax makes the entry of information very easy with their EasyStep program that's included as part of the software. I've used TurboTax every year for a very long time and am always happy with the program and with live help when I've needed that. Thank you.
