Great but Small Glitches
This software is great and easy to use. I would recommend it but there are some small glitches. If your forms are imported or you enter them, the rounding if you are using 2 decimal places can create errors. If you have an error about Box C1 x 138% and the answer is 200.126, enter 200.12 as it accepts it when truncated and not rounded.

2 confused
1. When I did a 50-50% split of T5 on my return it displayed the split $ correctly. When I did a 74-26% split on spouse return it did not show up as having been done. Confusing?
2. How do you print the detailed tax summary?

Comprehensive product
Pro: Does all I need to do my taxes. Does foreign tax and pension splits very well.
Con: After install it failed when checking for updates. Many users having same issue and reported poor customer service for resolution.

TurboTax makes tax filing easy and quick
I've been using TurboTax for years. I know there are other products on the market, but filing with TurboTax is so quick and easy, I always file with TurboTax.

Easy
The UI is good. The wizard directs me where to go. It uses everyday English. It really helps to have all your forms and receipts ready. Super easy connectivity to my previous year's returns and to the CRA

Minor Imperfections
The drop down menu for title choice should be more extensive, such as including 'Doctor'.
On some of the radio buttons, the dialogue starts above and goes below. It would be better if the beginning of the comment is lined up with the radio button.
Under the RRSP section, 2 slip summaries came across for 2 items, 1 showed a zero balance, the other the correct balance. When the summary with the zero balance was deleted, no RRSP information was populated and carried over to the return. Overall this was a great product. It made tax preparation simple, quick and easy to navigate. I will use it again next year.

Great product
I loved the product - it was easy to follow for the most part. There were instances that I the word or phrase or title weren't hyperlinked to a definition so I had to do a lot of research on my own to figure things out.
Also - it would be nice to know for which spouse we should claim certain credits for - I just put them under my name since I was the main income source- but I'm sure if I put it for my wife it would be better.

Great product!

Excellent Product
I found it quite easy to use and it led me through the process in a simple way. The only comments I would make regarding the use of the professional review was that the phone number embedded in the programme, was initially, not altogether helpful (I did call later at night). But the professional reviewer, when we did get through (couple of days later) was superb.

Easy Steps Stiil best way to Go !
One thing that I think needs improvement : On form 5008 . Can download the transactions from CRA. But my wife & I split 50 % . So when I divide that total by 2 , then enter that amount , fill Box 50 %. WHY NOT get the program to enter those numbers on my wifes part of the tax. Really time consuming to enter 35 to 40 entries TWICE !

Good Value for Money
