Making tax time easy
I found Turbo Tax to be very user friendly, and much more cost-effective when compared to using a tax professional. I have been using Turbo Tax for a number of years now, and have always been 100% pleased with the product.

Consistent, Thorough, and Dependable
We have been using Turbo Tax for more than a decade and it has always been predictable when it comes to consistent quality, thoroughness; dependability, and effective.
The support desk has been very helpful and have always resolved my questions very quickly and accurately. More than that, they understood my challenge and have been able to address it or provide the solution very quickly.

Telephone Assistance
Had an issue entering income from contract work. Software kept giving me errors, assuming it was from my own business. Spoke to an agent on the telephone who fixed the issue in about 5 minutes. Fantastic service!

Great Product to use
From simple tax returns to difficult tax returns, TurboTax is worth the purchase and informative as well assisting in tax savings that you may never have know before. The savings I saved this year was more than the purchase price of the Tax program and much less than an accountant would charge. Great job Turbo Tax!

20 years a great product messed up this year
easy to use, save information and download CRA information (but be careful to do that late in the cycle of when T3 and T5 are done or it downloads twice - a mess up. This year they messed up the program that transfers prior year data. I left for week and then it worked. also bad they dropped auto renewal and then I bought the wrong package. fix these two things and it will be great again

Easiest ever
i had difficulty getting started because I had prepaid in Jan.2020 but after doing my filing they wanted me to pay again. I called Turbotax and things were sorted out by Cherie in Courtney BC. She guided me through the whole process and I was able to complete my tax return. You saved me $160 in tax. Thanks again

Trouble with T5008 entry
Program detected an omission but would not identify which transaction was at fault. one transaction lacked Income type entry. Took me a while to find error.
Numerous time I got error message that server was busy: with two options, Your program was hung up at least three time as I proceed through Net file process.

After Taxes
After using your product since 1985 ,I still come back to it. It is easy to use but it is still daunting. I get intimidated by the capital gains & losses when I load the new s/w I do not get my last years losses coming up. This year and last I had to fill it all in again and also the info on the 1st page .I will keep coming back to you as I know it is a great software package.
