Great Product
I have been using TurboTax for over several years. Excellent product to use. Entering your info is simple. TurboTax does all the calculations for you. Have never had any problems. One audit by CRA, everything turned out just fine.

First time user
I was able to do my taxes quickly and easily once I received all my receipts and Gain/Loss report. I'm so proud of myself for saving the money that I would have paid an accountant. I will continue to do my own taxes confidently in future years.

I use the forms method so I can't comment on how the step by step app works. It is so convenient to make changes because the app redoes the entire return for you. The simplifying of the Netfile process is a great benefit to me as well.

Excellent product
I am still old school even though I have using Quick/Turbo Tax since the last century. I particularly like Easy Step's interview to get things organized up front and then the walk through in an order I have become used to. The real asset, as far as I am concerned is the way I can jump back and forth between Easy Step and the tax forms themselves to verify items and to make sure I am doing things to my satisfaction. The software also allows you to take different approaches to certain sections so that you can choose the method you prefer or that produces the best result for you. Optimizers are also a big help in this respect.

Very good
user friendly, comprehensive, saves me a lot of time, reminds me of things I might have forgotten.
The detailed tax summary could be more detail. For example, shows the details of Personal Amounts, Other Amounts, Other Income etc. Otherwise, it is only a summary, not a Detailed Tax Summary.

Best Tax Software Out There
TurboTax. So easy to use. Follow along and answer the simplified questions. If you're not sure of an answer, most of the time the software will guide you to the correct choice. You know that money you were about to spend on an accountant? Spend it on a computer instead and do your own taxes!
