a useful tool
I have used turbo tax for many years and have found it to be very helpful in getting my taxes done. I did have one difficulty this year, the forms view was very small and difficult to read. My computer is working flawlessly otherwise so I guess this was a problem with the Turbo Tax software.

Best in 20 years
I have been using tax software for over 20 years back to QuickTax. This is the best yet. CRA is also a very improved system. I suggest a stronger recommendation in TurboTax that CRA data (T-slips) be downloaded. I did not do this and almost missed a T-5.

Still Going Strong
Been using Turbo Tax for this side of forever. Annual notification I can download, Easy Step is easy to use. Constantly updates in case of changes to the software which can happen during tax season. Netfile works good for me. See you next year.

Great for Spouses
I have used this product for over 5 years and have found it easy to use. The joint spousal calculation always gets us an extra $900 approx. I wish they would have you submit in income , sequence first :) Provide a description line or box for carrying charges.. A great product

I would like to suggest to turbotax that in future that they consider producing this product in a package that is a lot less than 12 returns. in a family that consists of 3 family members , i find that 12 returns is a complete waste of my money and serves no purpose in having these 12 returns. Reduce the returns and reduce the cost!!

Easy and Quick to use
Used for myself and my family, a student, a pensioner, income splitting, rental income, investment income. Very easy to use... I always use download version and is very convenient to populate from previous years.
I also like the quick switching between forms and easy entry for some overrides I need to do.
I do wish there was more help with the tax laws accessible from the specific entry areas (there is help but very minimal, and I end up spending lots of time searching online).
