Fast and Easy

Very good product
Have been using this product and its predecessors for over 20 years and recommend it to all. 2018 was however a bit of a challenge due to download glitches that will hopefully be resolved before next tax season.

Turbo Tax recommendation.
This application or program is very user friendly. Because I was quite nervous and worried about making a mistake, I phone the help person, who was very helpful, pleasant and patient with me (I am a senior citizen). I did not have to wait very long to receive a call back from her. I found out that the best way to use this program is to stay calm and not rush through the program. I have used Turbo Tax since 2016 and will continue to use it.

I originally purchased the Standard online version of Turbo Tax, and found it very frustrating to use. Premier is a much better choice for anyone who has experience with tax return preparation and is looking to optimize the amount of tax they or their clients pay.

Easy to Use
Gather your documents, make sure you have a CRA login, and add up all of your medical out of pocket expenses, and all of your charitable receipts. Most of the information can be directly uploaded from CRA, then you just need to deduct medical and charitable.
If you have more complex issues, this Tax app will help you through it step by step.
