2018 is done good software
I have used this software for many years and have found it very helpful. When the software is calculating the entry it stops you from entering an amount and is looking for you to enter something else but it will not direct you to what you need to do. ie. when entering the disability supports deductions you cannot get the software to enter box 5,7,9,10,11 and 12 until you enter the number of weeks. It would be nice if it indicated what the software was looking for.

Blank Page printout
The software asks if you want to close all blank forms, but when you do print out more than half the pages are blank, a wast of ink and paper and my time. Should only have pages printed out where there there has been data input.

Good & Easy to use
I have used turbo tax for more than 5 years.
This was best easy step entry provided to us.
I had no need to go to "FORMS" to correct any entry made by Easy Steps.. I completed and netfiled with max 3 sessions aprox 3 to 4 hours. I down loaded T slips from CRA myaccount. I was not happy with what I got as it did not match one the paper T5 slip. I did all entries manually.

My only choice for tax returns
Makes filing taxes a breeze, especially when you utilize the CRA sign-in partners. Only thing I would recommend is to have 1) a checklist of things to get in order and 2) an area where warnings could exist that would change your return drastically. For example, with investment transactions, the CRA sign in partner only pulls the proceeds. Its up to you to get the rest of the proceeds or else you are short changing yourself a lot of cash.

Very Good Product
This years product had the TOSI forms in it. It printed out 7 pages of blank information even though I had indicated that blank forms should not be printed. You have to answer one question to indicate it doesn't apply, but that shouldn't produce 7 printed pages. Also I was unable to find out how to delete a form. It carries over a business statement that I no longer need, fills in my name and address and then prints 9 blank pages. Minor issues that could be improved. But otherwise it is an excellent program and easy to use.

Great purchase again
I have purchased and used Turbotax since it was Quicktax and have been preparing income taxes this was for over 20 years. I would definitely recommend Turbotax for its ease of use and value.

Daunting??
When i first started, i wondered if i should have stayed with my CA. But after stumbling and finally learning how to navigate, it became more user friendly. After the CA's put this program together, they could entertain the idea of having tradesman that knows his trade but need help in accounting and see how he would make out on his own, that way you could put better bullets out to help out Joe Trade.

Quick, Easy, Perfect
This product is hands down the best tax software I have ever used. I prepare all my family's returns. My father passed away at the end of last year and even complicated returns are made easy and affordable. Being able to keep your money from return is an even better feeling using an Intuit program. Very easy to use
The program is so easy and simple to use except for one thing. When I try and deduct what I got taxed on for mileage reimbursements from employment income I have to chase it down and find out the spot to enter it in the forms. It would be better if they included a clearer spot to put the T2200 form info.
