Good value for money
The only comment I could make for inprovement is to allow us to purchase the review by a profession at the start of the program, as I tried to get my forms automatically filled, and ran into trouble and ended up downing it manually. If i could have gotten assistance I would have spent less time doing the form.

Easy and quick to file
I have a complicated mess to file each year, with dividend and rental income to deal with. Turbo Tax takes the guess work out of this for me. The pension splitting optimizer is fast and easy to use.

excellent product
excellent product. Two small suggestions for Intuit to fix: (1) entry of some T5 boxes does not show up on the T5 summary although the amounts are accounted for and (2) the software prints unused/blank forms e.g. TOSI even though the "don't print blank forms" option is selected.

Perfect For Anyone
I've been doing my taxes for the last 3 years using turbotax and right from day 1 I never had any issues. The software guides you through everything.
Love that you can import last years return and download all your forms from the CRA to save a ton of time and paperwork!

Using Turbo Tax Premier
I have used Turbo Tax for many years. Haven't found a better or easier program for taxes.
The Auto fill feature and Net file are a major advantage. The only complaint I have is that when I auto filled my taxes, it worked fine but when I tried to auto fill my wife's joint tax file it failed. It was still trying to use my CRA sign-in credentials instead of changing to my wife's credentials. I had to add her figures manually. If they get that fixed for next year, I think Turbo Tax would be the PERFECT tax program for Canada!!

confusing but still a good product
very easy to use, but what was confusing, is when you buy it in the store, and want to use the download site, you have to call customer service for them to send the link to you via email, or if you follow the sheet of paper that tells you how, all it does it take you to the online program that you pay at the end, and it says you can add the activation code at the end ,but it does not accept it!
other then that it took me less then 2.5 hours to A truck drivers ,a spouse and a regular return using a Premier, saved us over $200.00.

When entering T5008, please give the option of splitting Capital Gain/Losses between Husband/Spouse which is available in T5 Investment income. Otherwise the transactions have to entered twice.

Great for the family business
We have rental properties that are shared between multiple family members and Turbo tax not only makes filing those returns easy, it is also so much less expensive than going to an accountant. To be honest the first year we used an accountant and everything got messed up, since using Turbo tax we have had no issues.
