Easy to use
Turbo Tax is easy to use and features like downloading your T4's etc from the Government site which makes things easier as it puts everything into the boxes that they are supposed to be in.
Optimizing medical expenses also makes it easier to see which person should claim with the best results

I found this software to be straightforward and the help section very useful for a small business & rental units
only issue i had was with the dividend T5 entry form - it's a bit glitchy so don't fill in all the boxes asked for i.e 24-26 or they'll be additive which isn't what is supposed to happen

Great product, but, noticed big price increase in order to use the premier version which causes me to question its real value. Not happy with the price when comparing other products that are much cheaper and yet just as good.

So Easy!
Now that you can import almost all your t-slips automatically from CRA's site, filing taxes with Turbo Tax is easier than ever. When you use it year after year (as I do) it carries forward a bunch of information for you from the previous year which is another time saver. All in all, it makes the painful experience of completing your taxes almost painless.

I have used TURBO TAX since its inception and I find it improves every year. It is extremely easy to use. I am going to get someone who knows nothing about taxes to try to file an individual's tax return using the assistance supplied by Turbo Tax and see how well they do.

Best version Yet!
Turbo tax 2017 was very fast and has eliminated some not required steps and it was very easy to use on my Microsoft tablet windows 10. The only difficulty was the size of the ribbon and the forms boxes for looking up a particular form remained very tiny on the Microsoft tablet screen and I did not see where to enlarge them a bit. Last year on the desktop computer I could enlarge them no problem. I mostly used the easy step and found no conflicts after checking some forms. Way to go Turbo Tax.

Hooray! Bigger font size!
I've been using Turbotax for over 15 years (including when it used to be called Quick Tax). I am happy that FINALLY this year they have included a function to increase font size, as previous versions had very tiny print. Now I can see the questions properly!
The software is very easy to use, especially if you use the Easy Step function. I also appreciate the carry forward of important information such as prior years capital losses etc.
The next improvement I wish could happen is for me to be able to access my old tax returns that I forgot to save in PDF. For example, my 2017 software won't open a 2010 return that is in a .tt file format (and I don't have the disk anymore in order to reload the software).
