Easy to use
I have used Turbo Tax since 2010 and never had CRA challenge the resulting assessment. It is very user friendly and up to date. They are helpful and welcome suggestions on how to improve the program.

I Like the PC App Version

Getting complicated
Your software is great but with Feds adding questions about housing and ownership some of your questions should come earlier no at end.
I wish you allowed us to import from our computer if we had already accessed CRA myfile na placed on our computer
The realm of checking paper slips against the the CRA file shows not all are at CRA even at end of March. Like out T4RIF were not present but our paper in the mail were.

Fast and Easy
I have used Turbo Tax for many years. A few years ago I bought an income property and started using Turbo Tax Premier. It is straightforward and easy to use. The step by step process ensures you don't forget anything and the results are similar to paying hundreds of dollars for someone to prepare my taxes for me. I will continue to purchase and use Turbo Tax.

The download ( disk) version to your laptop is the best. It was very easy to use. There is no comparison to the online version - which is very complicated to use. Keep the easy disk( download to the PC. Love this version

extremely satisfied with ease of use
I have been using the TurboTax package for the last 11 years. It is truly the best option for me because it gives me the peace of mind I look for when doing taxes each year. I always felt ripped off when ever I brought my info an accountant but this way: I am in control of all information I share or do not share with the CRA. And I always get the best results without any conflicts in my mind at the end of the return.

Almost complete optimization
The Turbo Tax optimizers work independently. So, a new maximum return was obtained by tweaking values. Product does not seem to recall that only those with US income can claim US donations. Optimizer suggested carrying forward US donations and reporting all donations on one return. This was not the global maximum sum of refunds.

Easy to use
TurboTax continues to be easy to use provided you have done computerized tax returns before. T-slips can be imported from CRA but it is a bit fuzzy what info goes into the non-T-Slip screens. Carryovers are automatically entered for the 2nd year + you use the program....another asset. Highly recommended.
