Excellent Product
Only concern is when you first install, and you have previous versions of Turbo Tax, the program will list what is being carried over from previous year which is great, except can not simply print from the program, always have to cut and paste into a word program and then print - still get the info I want, but seems an extra step - otherwise all is fine

Always helpful
Turbo tax has been a good product for me ever since I started to use it, several years ago. If I have a problem, they can always solve it via chat or phone call.

Good but expensive
I bought TurboTax Premier because I needed to do a rental income return. I am a family of 4. Only one of us needed it for rental income. It does not make sense to pay so much more for only that kind of a return. Also it lets me file 20 returns which is pretty useless for me as I need it for 4. No value in adding more returns. I am an individual, not a tax preparer. Overall, usage was easy for a beginner like me.

Saves time; saves on frustration; a no brainer
As usual, TurboTax is my go-to for tax filing. Simple, quick, clear... great product.
I have not used the new link into CRA My Account to pre-fill certain forms, but I suspect that this would be a great time-saver for some.

Done With This
Excellent easy to use program. Have used it for 5 years and will continue to do so. I have one suggestions. Please be a little more specific on your prompts. For example when you say "Done with T4" I think if it said "Done with this T4" would remove any ambiguity. It is very easy to misconstrue "Done with T4" vs. "Done with T4s". I would also like to see more information on the review and filing process. A detailed step by step list of the process at the end of the return would give the user some idea what to expect. The user is not sure if the saving and the printing can / should be done before or after the NETFILE is sublimed. A clarification of this would help.

Best Purchase Ever
great program please do not clear fields after going back under the defence audit choices its so easy to make a mistake and do it over three times
great hints and changes donation and medical forms could be easier to use like in a column basis rather than by number and not knowing what you claimed if Its over 15 lines.

Takes away the pain of tax time
I have been a TurboTax user for many years. It just gets better every year. I switched to the Premier version 2 years ago. I am retired, and it has a nice feature for handling pension income splitting, and for assessing the impact of CPP sharing. The Easy Step method works really well. I only had to use the Help feature a few times to understand some things in the tax code.

Superb until the end
I love Turbo Tax. It even pointed out that I had neglected to specify a language. However, after I had NETFILED, the page was confusing, and did not specify clearly that I had already filed. I would suggest that the TT people run though their post-filing sequence to remove these issues. ALSO at the end, the program asked me if I would do a survey, but no survey appeared. Instead a blank page with the unsavory title of "SnifferData.InfoGathered". Oh My....that does pose questions.
