Turbo Tax
I have been using this product for many, many years and find it very reliable. I have confirmed with other tax providers that the results I am getting are correct and have the same results as their professional programs.

Good Tax Method
I have rent income so it simplifies things for me, I mean I suppose I could do it long hand on a piece of paper with a pencil. Turbo Tax Premier is far more convenient than that. I do a couple of simpler returns with it was well. Yes, it's worth it...

Excellent Tax Package
TurboTax is very easy to use. The forms and entries required are fully explained. The package also allows for easy access to individual forms with a way back to the interview spot where you left. I am extremely happy with the ease of creating and saving a PDF of the finished filing for my records. Also, filing with the CRA is painless. Thanks for making a hard and stress full exercise almost fun!

Easy to use and share with family.
Can do joint returns to maximize information and results and is quite straight forward. Help centre is reasonably effective as well.

Used Turbotax for another year!
I have used Turboxtax (and it's predecessor Quicktax) for many years and have acquired a level of confidence in myself and the program. If I answer the interview questions properly the rest just seems to fall into place.

Too expensive
I resented being forced to buy the expensive Premier Turbo Tax when the Standard used to be enough. Other tax programs will do what I need at a much lower price. Unfortunately, I have gotten used to Quick Tax and turbo Tax so I buy the more ( too?) expensive product. Not happy about that.

Still great
I've been using Turbo Tax (and its predecessor, QuickTax) for years. It's a great way to file your taxes. It forces you to approach things in an organized manner and simplifies many aspects of tax preparation.

Year in and Year out
I use this software every year, it makes the process a lot easier. It prompts you for the little extra things that have to be filled in.
If you have complex taxes, you want to use a reliable product, and use the same one every year so the carry forward works properly.

Simple and easy
Each year Turbotax gets easier to use and file. This year only took me an hour to do 2 fairly complex returns, and that was taking my time. I will continue to use this product.

Makes taxes easier
Straightforward to use. One improvement is in the rentals - if I insert my % of ownership (50%) and return to review the value is no longer filled in. It is a little confusing to enter co-owners as a rental with myself and my spouse as it really isn't to be entered if each enter at 50%. Figured it out.

Purchase Turbotax every year.
Turbotax is easy to install and use and will save you a lot of money; instead of paying someone to fill out your income tax. I have used this program since 2010 and I am satisfied with it.

Quick and easy to use !
I have been using Turbo tax premier for at least ten years and have never had an issue with it. It is quick and easy and does everything it promises to do. How many products in this day and age can say and deliver that.

TurboTax Premier
I have been using TurboTax for years now and I find this is the easiest package yet. It talked me through all the different phases that I had to use for the first time and I managed without a problem. I feel that they covered all the areas that I would need and then some. Easy to use
The step-by-step method was very easy to use. There are a couple of small changes I would recommend. first, the question of 'do you want to connect to My Account should add a third option. One choice should be that I already am on 'My Account'. This would eliminate confusion.
Another suggestion would be to have an option to review. For example, I made an entry error on Schedule 3 which would not have been noticed until CRA picked it up. A review would have helped. The error was large enough that I realized something was wrong and went back to check.

Great program but now stuck in the loop
Turbo tax is a great program. I have used it for a decade now and find it very user friendly. However, once you use it and have all of your information in this format you are stuck paying for it for life. It is expensive given there are numerous free programs out there now but they are not compatible so you get stuck paying a very high price every year for what you can get for free.
