Used for several years
I have used a computerised tax system for several years. I keep my books on an Excel program that I set up for rental properties. Saves me hours of time, especially come the end of the year. Works for me.

Excellent Value with Ease of Use
I have been using TurboTax for about five years now and found the program so very easy to use. I compared the return using TurboTax with the same prepared by an accountant and discovered the difference was only 1 cent. Cannot get any better than that. We rent an apartment and the program calculates all the expenses allowed against income earned and it makes our return so much easier. Thanks TurboTax for creating a great product. It sure beats having to do it all by hand like was done for many years.

Every year, this saves my family TONS of money.
I have used Intuit's products for DECADES. TurboTax is great! It helps my family keep our money within our family -- we pay our due taxes but not a penny more.

Great Product
I have been using Turbo Tax to file my family's taxes for several years. It is very easy to use and takes very little time. I only have to wait a few days to receive my return using the E-File method.

Functionality at Its Best!
As a faithful TurboTax user for my 5th year, they have never ceased to provide exceptional service.
My ONLY gripe is that I don't need to buy software for 12 premier and 8 basic returns. Just seems like overkill to me and sure shot way to make extra money. Doesn't justify the price tag.
Thankfully, the refund in itself eased that pain rather quickly. I HIGHLY recommend this software. The support, the convenience and the resource material are second to none.

Great and simple to use
I've used Turbo Tax for 2 years now and it's very easy to use. The wizards make filling out my taxes really easy. And the step by step instructions take you through Netfile which is great. I'm very happy with the product.

Easy to use
Super easy to use program. I used it for rental income and travel expenses. Only complaint is that it didn't automatically bring up the Northern living deduction forms but it was easy to find them in the search.

Aug 2016 went to review my medical because of enquiry from Revenue Cnada. Got caught in a continuous loop and unable to open my return to simply view it. This perpetual loop has me frustrated.
Also, once I made comments, where is the simple SEND icon?

I love using this every year at tax time!
I've been using this tax preparation package and tax planning software for many years now. the annual updates are always on time, the transfer of data from previous years is so convenient, and the method of data entry is ultra easy. I am able to easily track rental properties and other self-employment income information using this software. I also do taxes for my tenants and my employees (i'm allowed to do up to 20 returns), i sincerely recommend you purchase this package and use it every year.

Easiet Tax program to follow
I have used this program since I stopped paper copies and have suggested Tax Turbo to relatives over other programs that were too complicated to follow. Many have shared their frustrations with other programs until I introduced them to the simplified way to file taxes with CRA. Highly recommended if you are not a pro at filing taxes. Anyone can do it with Turbo Tax.

It just works
Let's face it - Taxes are painful, but Turbo really helps. Straight forward. A complete product. Can toggle back and forth between easy entry and form view. No need to look elsewhere - Good value - Worth the price. Works for both US and Canadian Returns.

Worth its price
Spent money on the Premier version as I now have rental income. Was easy to fill. Included Pro Review and Audit Defence as this is the first time filling rental income and capital gain/loss and I might audited. Review gained me a few hundred dollars refund (made up for the package and the service itself!). Now waiting to see if I get to use the Audit Defence...

Very User Friendly
I have used TurboTax exclusively for the past 12 years
and have found it the easiest tax software to get through particularly using the easy steps which does all the calculations and optimizers when I have to do both my and my wife's combined returns.

Greatly Improved
Intuitive, easy to use, fewer steps and clicks required. Double window allows immediate view of tax form and line entry on screen with step/task being completed.
Save and/or print window requires an new box at top providing option to save and/or print all forms as well as option to select for all taxpayers shown on form.
Ability to import/attach medical, drug, dental summaries from extended health care providers to populate medical expense form. Time consuming and onerous task to enter (repeat) all the data again after having already submitted claims and information throughout the year when a summary is readily available providing all the details.
Separate line to enter Travel Insurance premiums (medical portion) should be added.
