Continuing excellent value
I have used Turbotax for many years and continue to be impressed by its increasing ease of use. The help function on screen still leaves something to be desired but the help by phone is very good.

Useful software
I have used it for several years. The system brings in most of the information from the previous years return. The software is good and always improving. I used the Pro review and the reviewer found some errors I was able to correct.

So Easy & Fast
TurboTax is very easy to use & able to get through the process very quickly. "Help" was extremely good for any issues I may have had in figuring out what had to be entered where. Would recommend this highly to anyone.

Solid Tax Software

Easy Step is great
Easy Step makes it very difficult to make errors and even if you do, the Warnings and Error Checker at the end catch the mistakes. Highly recommend this product.

The best....
If you want it easy....straightforward.....and explanatory....then you have come to the right place. TTax is cool and extremely easy to use. I am an accountant and I can honestly say, that when provided with various scenarios - TTax picks the most tax advantageous scenario possible. Kudos to the creators and the designers. Way to go guys - fantastic product.

The subscription is a poor deal
Not a very good deal. I have been purchasing this product for many years and decided to take a subscription however the cost more than tripled so I will go back to purchasing a single copy every year or the competitor's product.

Takes the stress out of a complex process
I have always paid chartered accountants to do this service for me; but considering the amount of forms I have to fill out for my spouse and I, I found their rates/fees to be a bit high for the amount of work they had to do for my tax returns.
The software was very user friendly, often with little tidbits on explaining terms that I did not understand or wasn't sure on.
Will definitely be returning to TurboTax for my next year's claims and highly recommend this for those who don't necessarily have a complicated amount of forms to submit.

Makes Income Tax filing easier
We are not Nisga and both boxes are checked NO. So, when Netfiling, why do warnings pop up and I found in order to get by this, I check YES to both boxes; then recheck NO in both boxes. That way I can Netfile; otherwise I cannot Netfile.
What's up????
