Great Product... Decent value

Great Product
Very easy to use. Even for more complicated return the software worked great. I also used the line-by-line review which helped me save some additional money and also gave me peace of mind when filing the return.

Excellent Product
Fast, easy and intuitive. Just one critical note....should have a reminder early on in the process to remember to save the documents early and periodically otherwise if you go off line for any reason you will lose all data and have to start fresh.

Top Notch Tax Software
Once again, TubroTax has earned top marks for making a great product.

Does the Job for me
I have been using turbo Tax (intuit) for a number of years. I have done several returns each year ranging from simple to more complex. The software is easy to use for an oldie with reasonable computer skills.
I used the Audit defense once when my return was more complex. I was audited and Audit defense handled efficiently and result there was no change to my return.

Quick and easy
I have used this program for several years now and it is the easiest and most user friendly one that is available. Others walk you through but are sometimes confusing. TT allows you to go back and correct mistakes and the help screens are straightforward.

Fast, Effective, Efficient
This software serves my purposes extremely well. The optimizers are very useful in make decisions on how to claim various aspects of personal finances.
So easy to stop mid stream and pick up another day where you left off if necessary.
Lots of built in checks and balances and easy of movement throughout the different steps.

Great Tool
Overall the program is great but we should be able to copy and paste information i.e. For each medical receipts you have to enter the same information manually every time. It would be great is this could be done with copy and paste or that the program pre-fill the information like name, notes, paid to ect.

Long Time User

Turbo Tax
It was easy to use. I just had a problem with the overseas tax credit issue, which could have been explained better when I filled out the foreign income slip entry. I kind of had to guess what to do. The overseas tax credit doesn't apply in many situations, so it should not have held up the process I would think, if one's situation is not applicable to that. Some way of screening out those where it doesn't apply should probably be designed, along with a better explanation of all boxes in the Foreign Income slip entry, (the difference between gross and regular income). Thanks.
