tax file no sweat
I found the Turbo Tax 2014 easier to use than previous years, more user friendly and efficient. The help feature with live chat was prompt and efficient. The ability to Netfile automatically after completing the return was great.

Turbo Tax Premier
I have been a user of the Turbo Tax family for many years now. I appreciate the fact that the software gives me enough room to prepare taxes for family members, and the accuracy of Turbo Tax is such that I have never had a problem or discrepancy with CRA. I have purchased Premier this year since I needed tax advice, and I would like to say the help I received from the live tax advice attendant was both accurate and quick, as well as with an excellent attitude. I will continue to rely on the Turbo Tax family of products for all of my tax needs. This software is quick and easy to use, extremely accurate and reliable, and I have now found live tax advice to be invaluable. Thank you Intuit for making the best tax software products on the market!

Great Investment
This is my 5th year using Turbo Tax and also using Pro Review. I think it was a great investment and good value.
My pro review agent was extremely helpful. Very courteous and patient. I highly recommend turbo tax especially if you have rental properties.

turbo tax premiere
Very good software
support is difficult to get at times but when you reach support they are good.
improvement required:
option to split with spouse T5008 and T5013
option to use broker summary for T5008
better handling of and explanation of CPP on self employed earnings after retirement ends up in a do loop
product improves every year and that is good.

Easiest Income Tax Preparation Ever
I've been using Intuit's Quick Tax & Turbo Tax products annually for over 10 years. Turbo Tax 2014 has become so easy to use that it almost makes me wonder if I've overlooked some something.
Your new print & digital archiving window is a great improvement. Suggestions:
1. Provide an option to print/archive all forms for a user which have had data manually or automatically inserted.
2. Preserve manual form selections for husband until both archiving & printing is complete. ie. don't reset forms choices after each archive or print operation. Keep the selections for when he wants to archive/print his wife's tax submission or some other user.

Capital Losses Carry forward
Somewhat difficult to process capital losses of prior years against capital gains of current year. It would be helpful if this were part of the automatic processing involved in capital gains and losses.

Optimizer is enough
Yes, I could just fill in a paper form, but Turbotax helps by doing some optimize routines like sharing my pension with my wife and like placing the donations in an appropriate place. Hard to do these in an optimal way without a computer program.

Premier
Need to upgrade to Premier from Standard in order to access Stocks, bonds & mutual fund parts. Sections for T3 and T5 are straight forward - just follow the boxes. The medical claims section and charitable donations parts are good. All parts can be split between husband and wife. Review always bring out some forgotten details.

Very easy to use. Follows the layout of the T slips for easy entry. Lots of helpful hints and suggestions. Online help available if you need it.
Much cheaper than paying someone to do it for you!

Easiest tax return & file ever
The improvements made to the product itself and to the netfile process have made this the best tax experience I've ever had. I really like the running tally of amount owing or refund up in the corner regardless of which step I'm in. Very easy to understand and the help buttons explain things extremely well.
