Best year for TurboTax
I've been a long time user of TurboTax, and this year is by far the best. The new interface is even more user friendly and intuitive! Kudos for making a painful process like doing taxes easier on us!

Easy to navigate
I had an occasion to use your support service. The person I talked to was very easy to deal with and went through each step with me for the problem and remained on line with me until all was completed.She made it easy to follow and get the information in properly.

Very Reliable Ever

Better Every Year
I have used Quik Tax/Turbo Tax every year for the last fifteen plus years. It has been easy to use, with excellent review and tax saving suggestions. Turbo Tax has been improved, updated annually, and has become easier to Netfile your return. As well, Turbo Tax now uses less paper for a printed return. I am totally satisfied.

Very useful
The one feature which really improved the program this year was the ease with which the net file process was activated. Other years, the process demanded three different steps which often did not co-ordinate.
The completion of the forms on a step by step basis, the helpful hints and optimizer feature are all very helpful particularly if the person is a first time user.

Easy to follow
Turbo tax is easy to follow and the CRA filing has been significantly enhanced. The only additions I would like to see is having a percentage box for Capital Gains/Losses on jointly filed returns.

Great Improvement
I was very pleased with Turbo tax this year.
I have two suggestions:
1. Date the time the return is saved/printed and print this time/date stamp on every page at the bottom left hand corner.
2. Save in PDF version for home records. - It took me a while to discover this format for my home copy.
Otherwise a very user friendly format. I will definately use this program next year.

7 years and counting
I have used TurboTax for 7 years and counting, and when I was a Novice the Easy Step feature was incredibly helpful as well as all the online support I received. Now that I am an experienced user, I find the Forms feature efficient and accurate. The online support is still great, although I need it much less than I used to. The Add-On services are a bonus, if you would like that extra help or support before filing. This year (2015) the Netfile was a *breeze*! Best experience so far.

Great product
This is the easiest product I have ever used. no more sitting down to do the adding . Just answer the questions and the product does all the work. Have been using it now for at least 5 or more years. I do tell every body how quick and simple it is to use, no more high prices of paying someone else to do what you can do for yourself.

Great Support, Easy to use
This is a really easy program to use. Once loaded, you can add T slips as they arrive, so it gives you an up to the minute amount needed for RRSP contribution prior to March 1.
