Always Getting Better
I have used Turbo Tax for a number of years and it has never failed to make tax filing an easy, step-by-step process. As long as you have all your forms and information needed - this application makes the process of filing a fast, pleasant experience.

Use it just once, and you'll be hooked!
I use Turbo Tax every year. I remember the first time I tried it, it was a little on the difficult side, but they have online communities which you can ask questions for help and other members usually respond quickly.
After using the software for like two years (in terms of ease of usage) I rated it at 8. Nothing's perfect, but this sure comes close. :)
At the time of this review, I've been using it for like 6 years roughly. I can't imagine using any other software. What I really love about their software is that they don't deviate far from what you used the year before (in terms of navigation and links). So when you launch their software, you're instantly reminded of what you did the year before. They never seem to radically change their layout, which is great!!! Because, isn't doing taxes stressful enough? ;)

Simple
I do 6 tax returns a year and it takes me under 2 hours because everything carries forward from the year prior. No retyping!

Simple & Effective
Step-by-step process continues to be intuitive and time-efficient. Filing in tandem with spouse, this program breaks up the items neatly while keeping both returns moving along together. Visual aides and ever-present links ensure one can stay informed without constantly sifting through a hardcopy booklet.
In filing rental expenses, once terminology had been cleared up (links came through for me on this one), I was able to lay out all the expense details with no trouble whatsoever.
Upon final review of claim, many hints and warnings are provided to ensure nothing has been missed; this is done to a point that can almost lead one to second-guess what has been claimed. However, it should be viewed as a 'better safe than sorry' scenario --- otherwise, any mistakes that are filed will likely result in consecutive audits down the road. The ability to look at all the overall numbers at any point as you would on hardcopy forms is helpful, and being able to compare with past returns is a very valuable feature.
Happy that the actual NETFILE process has been simplified to a point this year, also. Once you've stepped through a couple returns with this program, your future proceedings in filing taxes will be confident ones.

Cost
I received notification that my credit card would be debited and I would receive a copy of Turbo tax with a 10% cost reduction on my Premier version. I believe several retail outlets have offered Turbo Tax Premier at a lower cost in the month of April. The product is excellent but if I am signed up as a repeat customer I would like to ensure that I get the best price possible. Otherwise I will bet my name and credit card removed from your database and purchase at a retail outlet for a more favourable price. Again great product

Excellent Program A++
I have used turbo tax for the last 3 years in a row and I would recommend it to anyone. We went from a tax center filing our taxes to doing it ourselves and we saved hundreds of dollars in the process. This is a great easy step-by-step program and the support is excellent as well.

Saves so much time
Use this to file a few friends and family basic returns but when doing my wife and I's joint account it was invaluable as we adjusted pension sharing and charitable/medical receipts. Great for doing what-if's. How any one could still like doing this stuff by hand is beyond me.

Using Turbo Tax Forever
My whole family including my father who is a mathematics professor uses Turbo Tax. It is easy to use, reliable and actually helps you understand topics such as capital depreciation which is not that simple if you just follow Revenue Canada's guide.
You feel good after completing your return via Turbo Tax and netfiling.
Use it...you will also feel good!

Easy for Everyone

Easy
This year it seems that this software is even easier to use, particularly regarding Netfile. Only point of note would be that you cannot right click to copy information, including the Netfile Confirmation number. As it turns out you can go into Edit, but right click is a standard means of copying and pasting and should be included.
