Simple and Quick
Very simple and quick option to file taxes. Follow simple steps, with the software asking questions regarding your return to maximize your refund. Stuck on something. Just ask the online help or use the Advisor option. The new NetFile feature is 1000 times easier than past years.

Alwasy the best
Since I'vve been using Turbo Tax for years, never thought of changing or using other Tax software. Its the total solution i need and its been great. The only issue is the price. I dont process more than 4 returns. It would be nice if there is less than 5 returns option instead of 10 for a cheaper price.

Excellent product
Overall, a winner! Like all winner's some improvement should occur: have a choice that turns on/off instant help for items such as wage loss insurance costs - what it is, where to enter the amount, why you need it, for example. When reopening the return have a choice to go to a specific place (line).

Amazing Value
This was my first tax return, and I am very pleased with how easy it was to do!! My friend recommended this software to me and I couldn't be happier. Everything was in plain English and it was very easy to understand. I will definitely be using this software again and again. Highly recommended!!!

EXTREMELY FRIENDLY
This is the first time I personally do my Individual taxes, which is not a basic but a complex one.. as I have personal investments, employment expenses, and rental property. THE STEP-BY-STEP is very user friendly, and if you have a question on a specific step, you can click on the FORUM Q&A right on the side of the screen.. and you will find your answers there or guidance on the tax form/questions from other users. And I got my refund in 8 days counting from day of online submission.

Exellent Value
The turbo tax is well worth the price, walking you through each step along the way. Good helpful tips available and the Live Community - popular questions was quite helpful.
The only recommendation going forward is to have the ability to automatically split capital gains similar to interest and dividend income rather than doing the calculations and recording the same information on joint returns.

Dont try imitations!
I tried a less expensive version of tax software this year that said it would do everything TurboTax would do and that my info would transfer from last years TurboTax. It didn't transfer anything except my name and address. It was hard to use and was not as easy as TurboTax. I went out and bought TurboTax after all. I will never try any other software again.
