changed for the better
Have been using TurboTax for several years now. This is the best year yet for being easy to use. Netfiling is a very good option for filing. This year they have done all the work for you to Netfile. Not that it was hard to do last year, but a lot of little steps. This is a MAJOR improvement. Only problem is if you are using Windows 8, you may have to download it online. I cannot use the CD in my computer. This is a glitch with Windows 8, however that too is easier than last year.

Reliability

Excellent Product

Netfile Demo Video
Your video demo was based on how Netfile worked last year, and is totally different from the automatic way that it was done for the 2013 tax year.
You may want to update that video or at least say that you now take care of the details at the end of the video.
You may also want to give the opportunity to print the Netfile Confirmation number as you did in the past.
Still love the product though.

Awesome Program

so simple to use
I never have any trouble with the program. I do all my family's taxes every year. it is so straight forward and there so many checks and double checks to ensure its correct.
It is an expensive program, however you can do up to 20 filings on it

Using TurboTax
TurboTax is a very easy package to use and I can always find a solution to any problems I encounter.
If you are using the property rental section and are sharing with your spouse you have to be very careful how you input the information or it will end with some redundancy and incorrect reporting of gains and losses. You need to review the results of rental income and losses very carefully.
