Net file; yes/no toggle
I especially appreciate the much easier way to get a return net filed.
However when it comes to toggling the yes/no questions re: language, citizenship, gst, etc., why do you need to the help screen to get this done?

Really get product
I have used this product for more years than I can remember. I do my wife's and my taxes, 3 of my daughters, one of my sister in laws and several friends and others. I have always found the product reliable and easy to use. I did a one on one with the advisor and was able to complete an area I had not done prior. Great product.

Used for numerous years.
With any knowledge of tax returns, it is easy to use and maneuver through the forms.
However with the recent updates, couldn't find a way to print the confirmation number after using Netfile.

Easy step is definitely designed to guide you through, but sometimes flipping to forms and back to Easy Step can be a little tedious. Also had a 1 penny rounding error that caused glitches on the Netfile. Otherwise it was all a breeze.

excellent tax program
Turbo tax makes doing income tax easy. if you can read & follow instructions you can do your own income tax. I would highly recommend this program to anyone.

Feedback: I had difficulty getting Easy Step to file the medical deductions. I had to go to manual forms to fill it out and force the entry of medical deductions. Would be nice if the glitch in Easy Step mode would be fixed to avoid having to go to forms.

Great Product! I do returns for all my family
Very easy to use if you have some basic tax knowledge, and complicated returns are also made much easier to file with this program. I have used it for 10 years and highly recommend the product.

Surprisingly good
This is my first time using commercial tax software. I've been using my own Excel-based tax calculator since 1994, but it's become too tedious to keep up with the annual adjustments. I hadn't realised how sophisticated and comprehensive TurboTax has become. It's EasyStep and/or forms-based combination addresses all different levels of tax and IT knowledge. I only wish I'd switched earlier!

Recommend to All
This is my fifth or so year using the product, and have used it as an employed person, as a single mom, with all the related credits associated. I also now use it for my Dad's returns and have for three years - he's got all the pensioner, investment, medical, and rental type info to enter. Was scared at first but it is just as easy. I am also a full time student for the first year, and even that was easy to manage. I recommend this product to everybody. And I am not one to recommend things lightly, especially commercial products, but QuickTax is simply fantastic. Thank you!!

Easy to Use
I have tried the OTHER sofware because it was cheaper but I realized that you get what you pay for. TurboTax is very easy to use, it is informative, helpful, the on-phone staff are extremely helpful and I was quite pleased. I am definitely using TurboTax again and not be swayed by others because of the price. My family also used it whereas they were paying money for a tax co. to do it. They realized that they were able to do their own taxes without problem by using your step by step method.
Wonderful software.
