Excellent Product
This is by far the best tax return software I have ever used. It is easy to use, has great helpful hints. Overall there is no other software that can beat turbo tax.

Easier than manual!!
I have used this ssoftware for many years and it does get better every year. Maybe someday they will support my MAC since it is beoming the computer of choice!!

Very easy
Very easy to follow but ensure to investigate all deductions on the CRA website, you may need to dig deep to find all entitlements.

A really good product
I have used TurboTax and its predecessor QuickTax for more than ten years, and I have found the product to be consistently excellent. Having prepared returns for many years by hand, I really appreciate the convenience of being able to add items as they come to hand, rather than having to work through the entire process in order--and having to do it all again if some item were overlooked. The Review procedure at the end before filing is especially helpful in snsuring that the return is complete and error-free. I cannot imagine not using TurboTax in future years,

Turbo Tax Premier CD
I have use Turbo Tax Premier Canada and Turbo Tax Premier US. Both products have been outstanding and I have been impressed by the help centre staff. They have been knowledgeable, helpful and patient.

Value for money
Easy Step tax prep is so user friendly. I have used this since 2003. No need for tax service or accountant. I do 3 peoples personal tax in one day.

Easy to use. Expert advice
It is my third year using TurboTax. I tried other packages three years ago. When I tried TurboTax I found it very user friendly. When I required Tax advice, I got prompt response over the phone and even an e-mail with the summary of the advice I received. This year I only had one question that was answered in less than 2 min. I highly recommend it.

Great Product
The step by step process is easy to follow and full of helpful tips and explanations.
My only problem was trying to return to the easy method after I had a look into the separate forms - I couldn't find the prompt to get me back.

It would be nice to have your partner's file also open when you are entering his/her Net Income for the year. Close one to open another, and if there any changes to either file, back we go again...again...etc.

Excellent Tool
Turbo Tax has been a great learning and of course tax return completion tool. You get to understand the tax options and how best to handle your finances to get the best results for yourself. You could hire a financial planner and they will do the same but you will be no further ahead on understanding your options that benefit yourself thru the year - unless you talk to your financial planner weekly.
Highly Recommend Turbo Tax - we have been using it for 6 years.

Task made easy
While hesitant for a few years, I finally decided to try Turbo Tax. Why did I ever wait so long. The program also does a much better effort than I could ever accomplish. Looking forward to 2013.

Great program!
I have used Turbo Tax for the past three years (and Quick Tax before that) and find it a very beneficial way to complete my income tax and my spouses. I can ensure I am getting the greatest benefit from my deductions (such as donations and medical expenses) and minimize the tax I pay. I will also benefit from doing the estimate of next years taxes in planning mode. . . . Great program! Thanks.

So easy
At worst, it becomes only as difficult as filing your taxes on actual paper, but even then the forms are easy to find, the tutorials are plentiful, and you don't run the risk of paper cuts. At its best, the whole process takes 10 minutes and a cup of coffee, as the step by step guide is very comprehensive.

Excellent as usual
I've been using Turbo Tax for a number of years. The product continues to be the number one tax software on the market.
I'd really like to see an Apple compatible product in the future as I currently maintain an older PC just for doing taxes.

No accountants required.
I have been a use of TurboTax (previously Quick Tax) for as long as the software has been available. It makes filing your taxes (even reasonably complicated) tax filings easy to the point that filing taxes is almost enjoyable).

Year after year a great help
It tells me where I made mistakes

Very Easy to Use
This is my 7th year using the QuickTax/TurboTax product. It really makes preparing my taxes as simple as plugging in the numbers. However, I think the product could be inproved in the area of rental property. I purchased my first rental property and it included all these fees, levies, expenses, interest etc. which I found was not straightforward to enter. Usually the software will put in plain English what is in the CRA document but no such luck this time. I had to call a Live agent who, after doing some research, sorted it out somewhat. I'm not 100% sure of the accuracy but it's in line with how I interpreted the CRA documents. Overall, still a great product.
