Works Great!
I've been using Turbotax since my accountant (dad) passed away in 2014 and have found it relatively easy to use as I'm not an accountant but I am computer & financial savvy.

Great Product, Great Service
Tubo tax is easy to follow and I have never had a problem. This year however I had some new information to put in and it doubled up some of my information. I did not read it correctly and was frustrated. The online review assistant walked me through all of it in just a few minutes making sure everything was 100%. I am so glad they were there for me. They reduced my stress completely. Thanks so much. I would certainly recommend them.

Best Ever Purchase Ever
Turbo Tax has been a Godsend. I have used their services for more than 20 years. Turbo Tax actually tailors their service to the individual by providing the most appropriate and applicable program for your specific needs. It is also extremely helpful that I am able to purchase the program each year online through their website. Taxes done right
I have used Turbo Tax for many years and have seen it grow and become better with time. I am pretty confident with the results since most of my taxes are pretty straight forward. I just follow along and answer the questions it is pretty much the same as going to a tax preparer only a lot less money.

Turbo Tax works
Turbo tax asks all the questions and calculated your refund immediately. It has made it very simple to send to the CRA electronically.

TurboTax Is Still My Go To
Overall TurboTax is very usable, however, this year I had some battles with my returns due to TurboTax making decisions for me. I could over-ride these, but it took some work in figuring out how. Options could be made more transparent.

Complicated Taxes
If a person has complicated taxes, then this software is probably the best one to use to ensure that every opportunity is checked to save the most money. Bargain software just doesn't do the same quality of job. I learned my lesson and went back to Turbo Tax

As dependable as always
I tackled my tax returns without any concept of how much I would owe. It was reassuring to see the 'in progress' amount stay in the range I hoped for. If I'd done the return on my own, I would be worried that I made a mistake somewhere. With Turbo Tax, that worry is gone.

I have been using this tax software for over 10 years and it has not been wrong yet.
I have investments as well as I work full time and also get a small pension. the pension splitting is a god send in the program. it will optimize with a single click Nice.

Turbo Tax remarkably has been able to keep up with CRA tax code changes. There were some features in the older versions that seem to be lost but overall, it gets the job done.

I could not get the completed pp 1-8 T1G on the screen before filing ...probably my fault .
You could prepare the User more wrt Sch 3 / T5008/RL-18 by telling us what it is , where it is , how it is done , what to expect . I had some errors , mysteriously identified by numbers only . I still do not know what TT403 is , even though I got some excellent patient help with it - I became too scared to enquire . I have been with you since you probably started .I am comfortable with you -convinced that you know what you're doing - and will stay with you , sometimes in faith !

8 yrs and gets better
This year I used the CRA import slips feature, it was excellent though you have to ensure all slips have been filed with CRA prior. Thankfully I compared my mailed paper receipts and found one not on CRA yet.
Lesson from last year was to wait till early April to submit all vs my prior Mid March submissions
