Thoughts n Problems
I found that on my deductions it automatically defaulted to the lower income person (whom paid no tax) and therefore gave me a lower refund. If I changed it to the higher income I got a higher refund - so you need to check both ways or you will miss part of your refund

10th year using intuit
I use the Premier version
It has been capable of performing all my changing tax needs over the years.
I have investment income, pension income and self-employment income and it performed all the calculations with ease.
I also do Tax returns for my whole family.

Easy to Use
I prepare tax returns during this time of year and for the average Canadian, this software is so simple to use. Everything is laid out in clear, plain English (my language of correspondence) and the smart tips are a useful addition. An A+ product from Intuit.

It Keeps Getting Better
I have used TurboTax the last 5 years and I must say it just keeps getting better. It is very easy to use, promts reviews and alerts to missing or incorrect data. The Netfile process is extremely easy to use. I have already placed my order for 2013.

Font Size
It would be helpful if TurboTax could be adjusted so that the font size could b increased. While I have used this product for many years, as the years pass my eyesight does not improve and it becomes increasingly more difficult to read the questions and instructions with the small font size and the blue colouring.

So Easy To Use
Absolutely love this program. I can do the taxes for my family, the ladies I work for and 4 of my friends. All done before the due date and each return took an average of 45 minutes to complete. Using the forms is quick and simple. The program puts the information where it belongs. With this program I get to help my friends, family and work. What a great feeling!

Taxes are not simple however Turbo tax sure helps to make it simpler. All of the warning and error checks performed really increases your chances you are not making a mistake.

Very easy to use
Using the easy step feature works very well for people using the software for the first time. Its also easy to go from using the easy step to using forms or back again. The only thing I would like to see is for a separate update for the Quebec income tax return as not everybody needs it and wants it on their computers. Also it would be nice to have the software to work on apple computers as more people are going that way.
